Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth, getting out for electric cable complete in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified & directed

Returning, filling in, soil obtained from excavation including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified & directed

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid in trenches as in protection of UG cables. complete all as specified & directed

M&L for sand filling (pulverized stone dust) for sand cushioning incl spreading & levelling for protection of cable complete all as specified & directed Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L for GI tubing light grade 80 mm bore with all necessary fittings laid in trenches/under road crossing/fixed on pole/wall/under floor including suitable mild steel FI clamps of required size complete all as specified & directed

M&L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, sub floors/sub-bases, and paving etc complete all as specified & directed

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations/platform, filling and mass concrete, finished surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete

M&L for testing the cable and locating UG cable fault using Microprocessor based fault locator suitable for low/medium and high volage up to 11 KV , XLPE/PVC cables under trenches/RCC surface & on wall for finding OC/SC/Flahing faults with any one of the suitable methods Time domain reflectometer method (TDR)/Secondary impulse Method (SIM) /Impulse Current method (ICM)/decay Method to achieve pin point exact fault location up to 5 Km distance, disconnecting faulty 11 KV HT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified & directed Note : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be included all accessories, equipments and labour cost. (ii) Excavation, earth work, cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (iii) Contractor or his rep shall attend the site of breakdown within two hours of notification of breakdown. In case the contractor or his rep fails to attend breakdown within two hours, a penalty of Rs 600 per fault per hour shall be imposed over contractor and shall be deduct from his dues.
