Tool Kit for maintenance: - The tool kit for maintenance shall comprises of the following items of reputed make like Taparia / Jalani or equivalent A) Double ended spanner chrome plated = 01 sets (12 piece). B) Double ended ring spanner chrome plated = 01 sets (12 piece). Providing / fitting of copper tube terminal 120 sq mm duly cramped and taped as per site requirement.

Providing & fitting 25-watt (LED street lights) IP- 66 in 2.5 Sq mm copper conductor (FRLS) PVC insulated the cable is be laid in trenching/ pipes with cable clips etc with on/ off switches & MCB 16 amp and is to be connected to existing system.

A) Repairs and checking of 160 KVA DG set of Cummins make at site by way of detecting the starting fault of engine by way of setting of tappets rockers, fuel injectors by removing unserviceable parts of the system i.e., banjo bolts, fuel pipe (01 no) and chocked diesel filters (02 Nos). The job includes topping up of M.Oil by Providing and Filling of (02 Ltrs.) M.Oil of reputed make. B) Checking and repairs to main panel board of DG set by Providing and Fitting of relay card assembly with its relays after removing of old damaged one. The job includes checking of AVR assembly and wiring board and removal of damaged fuses and wires. The job also includes replacing of damaged diodes from exciter coil of alternator assembly and Providing and Fitting of new diodes (06 sets) of proper amperage. C) Repairs to battery by refilling of electrolyte of proper gravity, replacing the cable terminals, thimbles and charging. The job involves testing of DG set on no load and on full load at site.
