REPAIR/REPLACEMENT TO PAVER BLOCK/ INTERLOCKING TILES/ SHEETS/ MS WORK WPC WINDOW ETC AND MISC B/R RELATED WORKS IN DOMESTIC AREA UNDER GE(AF) JAMMU

Dismantling existing unservicable floor/wall tiles of any description including bedding/screed layer all as specifed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M35 grade all as specified and directed by Eng-in charge .

M&L for Sand filling under paver block including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed by Eng-in charge .

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in any discription and any position including deposal off rubbish to a distance not exc 100 mtr all as specified.

Material and labour Cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete.complete all as spd and direcetd by engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping, benching, bed plates, coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including formwork and finishing all exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of asbestos cement sheets, corrugated or semi corrugated etc in roof covering complete and set a side all as directed.

S& F in repairs Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated corrugated sheet (including pre-laminated guard film) 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws.complete all as spd and directed.

M&L Mild Steel sections confirming to FE-410-W as in Framed work as in doors, gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails etc including necessary cutting, drilling, welding etc complete all as per directed by Engr- in chargeand any type of ornament pattern and design as approved by GE. Note:- 1.Contractor shall not have any claim in respect of design/Ornamental shape/designer member,the differnece of rate and amount of desinger pattern will not be paid by Department.

S&F mild steel rolled ection in roof trusses (framed) trussed purlins,crane, gantries ,rails and fasterings and heavy bracket framing (Beam ,tee,angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces,cleats etc confarming to Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) all as specified and directed.and any type of ornament pattern and design as approved by GE. Note:- 1.Contractor shall not have any claim in respect of design/Ornamental shape/designer member,the differnece of rate and amount of desinger pattern will not be paid by Department.

M&L Prepration of old decorated surfaces of ceiling incliuding scraping of old flakes with the help of mechenical /elcterical sander ,washing down with help of water and apply one coat of white wash on surface of ceiling,necessary formwork scaffolding required upto the 6th story complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion and scrapping down of old decoated surface of wall with mechanical/elctrical sander and washing down the surfaces with the help of water completely and apply one coat of oil bound distemper of any tint on walls and filling gaps with putty so as to provide smooth surface,the surface shall be even and smooth,free from any undulation as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wooden surface,applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces including necessary filling material as required at site to make the surface smooth and even.complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of steel,applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces including necessary filling material as required at site to make the surface smooth and even.complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls including preparation of old decorated surface of wall ,applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint on walls over a coat of primer with mechenical sprayer followed by roller and filling gaps with putty to make surface upto desired finish as app by Eng-in-charge.complete all as spd and directed Note: Each layer of OBD shall have a gap of 08 Hrs till previous layer has dried up and work has to be executed through company employee ,before all Make and executing agencey shall have the app of GE.

S &F in repair stainless steel 25mm dia fancy type curtain rods fixed to wall with two no's of bracket,two no's of end ball and funnel including taking down of existing curtain rod.complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing unservicable floor tile of any description including bedding/screed layer.compplete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking plateforms, counter type WHB and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite & moulding the edges complete all as specified and directed. Note:- the work should be executed in patch work.

S and F in repair 15mm dia Bib taps fancy type,Cromium plated(CP)with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed.complete all as spd and directed.

S&F in repair CP grating 125mm dia as suitable to existing trap as per requirement all as spd and directed by Engg-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in repair long shank and cup (concealed Type) Stop cock 15mm bore Cromium plated(CP).complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminum anodized sliding door bolts 250 mm long with hasp and staple (bold type) complete all as specified (ISI Marked) fixed in repair .complete all as spd and directed.

Taking down wooden shutter of any dscription exc. 1 Sqm but n.exc 2.00 Sqm each complete all as spd and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,drains etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.complete all as spd and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.
