M & L for :_ (a) Cleaning the surface , remove dust, dirt , loose particles and unsound substrate and grading with cement mortar (1:4), 10 mm thick, as in slab surfaces, beams, columns, parapet, and junction of walls etc., grading with a slope of 1 in 120 mixed with liquid/integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction as approved by GE (water proofing compound to be measured separately). (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of water proofing shield primer @ 0.50 Kg / Sqm as a bonding layer over finished plaster surface including cleaning the surface . (c) Over the coat of bitumen bonding layer as above APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm), unrolled and bonded completely to the substrate with side over lap of 75 mm or end over lap of 100 mm. The overlaps are then sealed/ fused by flam technology method as per manufacturer's instruction. (d) Sealing edges well into grooves & protect with CM 1:2 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The work for water proofing treatment on roofs shall be executed through original manufacturer's or their authorised applicator.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture,s instruction as in roof, levelling courses for making proper gradient/slope or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges including nessary form works complete all as specified & directed. Note : Liquid water proofing shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided as in drain copings and similar situations incl removing the unserviceable material out side the MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6,type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in water tank platform mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction as in roof floors including nessary form works complete all as specified and directed. Note : Liquid water proofing shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating inculding nessarry form works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges, with type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm stone aggregate including form work etc. complete all as specified & directed

M&L for Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams, slabs, chajjas, parapets, railing, and the like as directed without disturbing the core of RCC member, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including application of rust removal cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcement and also applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufactures method of application to re bar corrosion protection system to reinforcement surface of steel reinforcement after that applying polymer modified cementious bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete surface as per manufacturer's instruction. M& L for Expose the first joint of masonry structure at ground level horizontally. The plaster must be knocked off at least 50 cm beyond the visibly penetrated area. Damaged mortar joints are to be scraped out to a depth of approximately 2-3 cm. Drilling Holes: Drilling holes 10mm diameter in masonary structure along the side of the joint at 45° angle so as to cross the brick/block at the intervals spacing if 15-30cm depending on extent of rising dampness as per recommendation of engineer in charge. Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Install Packer injection packers 9.8mm diameter, 10cm long in the holes and tighten. Fix the packer securely using Sikadur 31, complete all as specified and directed. Cutting of Packers: Cut the packers after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Supply and apply of a 3 part, very low viscous, elastic polyacrylic injection resin Sika® Injection 306 with a versatile and adjustable reaction time having Mixed viscosity : 3-11 M.pa.s at +20 Deg C, Reaction time : adjustable according to ambient temperatrure and execution requirement between 8-50 mins, pH – 9-10, Tested as per Wissbau No. 2002-094-(1A) – Function test with re-injectible hose system. The holes should be drilled until a depth of approx 5 cm (for a 6cm thick wall) before the end of the wall is reached. Pump Injection-306 at >20 bar into or behind fissures or into masonry joint which are allowing water to infiltrate into unwanted areas. If voids in masonry being injected contain insufficient moisture to activate the grout inject a small amount of water prior to injecting the grout. When movement stops or Injection-306 appears at the next packer move to the next packer and inject. If the dampness is heavy, inject similarly at next joint line complete. Note - only 3 part chemicals like hardener, accelerator and Resin measured and paid in this item after deduction quantities of water part from chemicals solution)

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete,PVC) set in cement mortar, bore of pipe 150mm including removal of rubbish out side of MoD Land, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregrate) in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe of 150 mm bore after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Salt glazed stone ware ( SGSW ) drain pipes, Grade ‘A’ 150 mm bore, laying level or to falls in trenches, on concrete bed or directly on hard grounds and making joints and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( 1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150 mm internal dia of pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 in precast for manhole cover of size 551 to 650 mm dia and 75mm to 100mm thick including reinforcement 10mm dia both way @ 100mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rebuilding the section of structural damaged spalled concrete or RCC elements to its original size or as per recommendations by engineer-in-charge in thickness up to 40mm in layers of 20 mm each of average thickness 30mm by providing and applying with pre-batched, one component fiber reinforced cementitious polymer modified mortar having compressive strength >= 50 N/mm2 (28 days) according to ASTM C 109; flexural strength >= 5N/ mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM C 293-79 all as specified & directed .

M&L for dismantling and cleaning sunken portion of slab (Bottom & sides) and providing water proofing treatment as under :- (a) Providing min 3" concave coving with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate admixed with WPC conplast WL . Cement slurry admixed with bonding compound Nitobond AR to be used for bonding of coving with RCC member. Covering CI pipes with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 20mm graded stone aggregate admixed with integral WPC conplast WL (Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd). (b) Drilling 50mm deep holes at a distance of 1m c/c and cleaned with water and air, fixing nozzles of 12mm dia on drilled holes, injecting non shrink cement slurry at a pressure of 40 psi and nipples plugged with quick setting compounds. (c) Applying 2 full coats of brush bond acrylic emulsion based elastromeric water proofing coating after the primer with a min time gap of 4-6 hrs between 1st & 2nd coat. (d) Applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 admixed with WPC conplast WL after ponding test for a period for 72 hours of sunken floor . (e)GI tubing 40 mm dia of mrdium grade for spout of 150 Cm long for each sunken floor. Note :- (i) Plastered surface area shall only be measured for the purpose of payment.(ii) All debries obtain during dismantlling be disposed out side MD land and the rate are deemed to be included in his qoated rates.

M&L for lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 using brick bats as in sunken floor concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for shafts, cesspits, manholes pier holes, foundation etc and getting out in any type of soil incl removing the surplus soil or unserviceable material out side the MOD land complete all as specified & directed. (Note - Excavation any type of soil soft/Hard/Disintegrated/Rock carried out by only manually without any damages, and no extra cost paid by MES/Govt for repaires of damages any type of existing services)

Returning filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each layers complete all as specified & directed.
