Schedule 'A' Part-XV (Miscellaneous items of works)

Specialized Item of OT

MODULAR OT WALLS & CEILING 60 MM PUFF PANELS.

Item No 01 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of modular OT wall & corner panels with insulated prefabricated puff panels. The OT wall shall be constructed using GI Puff Panels having 0.8mm thick GI sheets on both sides. These panels should have been produced in a double band laminator, in which two continuously moving belts carrying 60-80 GSM galvanized steel sheets of 0.80mm thickness are firmly bonded together by sprayed-in insulating foam, which hardens during the process. The core consists of rigid polyurethane foam, which has been injected under high pressure, with a minimum density of 40kg/m3. The thickness of puff shall be minimum 60mm. The sheet panel shall be of indigenous reputed make and be provided with manufactures test certificate. The puff panel shall be fixed to the floor with bottom track of 1.5mm thick steel U channel section having minimum size of 50mm X 50mm. The bottom shall be fixed in the floor of the OT with 10mm thick and min 60mm long SS fasteners which shall be fully threaded and power drilled. The panels of walls and ceiling shall be tied together by suitable SS coving. The individual wall panels shall be welded together.

[i] The inner surface walls should be fixed to the bricks wall with essential supports plastered and smoothened applied with antiseptic. There should be minimum possible cavity / gap in between the solid and steel walls. The total distance between the inside and outside surface of the operating room should be variable to suit the approved layout, but should be sufficient for the flush mounting of equipments.

[ii] The individual steel wall panels should be spot welded together and stitch gap should not be more then 4 mm uniform at equal intervals to render equal support to the panels. Spot welding should be properly grinded to make the surface level. No joints should be more then 4 mm and to be filled with metal filler and sanded flush on site ready to receive the plastic finish hygiene liquid plastic.

[iii] Wall panel’s joints should be invisible after the final STERILE wall coating is applied. The cavity between the inner and outer walls should be left with minimum obstruction for the possible addition of equipment at a later date and to enable services, pipes, conduits etc. to be run within the cavity. All wall mounted equipment should be flush mounted and sealed into theatre.

[iv] The wall panels design and construction should allow for the installation and support of all equipment and the provision of opening required for the installation, without affecting rigidity and strength of the steel structure shell.

[v] Access boxes should be fitted to the rear of wall mounted equipment to enable maintenance to be carried out from inside/outside the operating room.

[vi] All the sharp edges and corners should be in curve to avoid bacteria contamination no 90 degree corners either wall to wall or wall to ceiling and also wall to floor on finishes.

STERILE WALL COATING SYSTEMS : ANTI BACTERIAL PAINT :-

Item No 02 : Providing and establishing anti-bacterial & anti fungicidal sterile coating of liquid plastic paint on GI Puff/SS panel of modular OT. The paint should be seamless, easy to clean, should have vapor permeability which allows substrate moisture to escape and protects against growth of bacteria, mound and yeasts, moisture resistance, freez/ thaw resistance. Anti-bacterial paints anti-microbial quality should remain active throughout the life of the product. Vapors permeable structure should allow damp substrates to dry out without causing blistering. It should tolerate cleaning with hospital chemical agents. Filling of all joints and cavities should be with metallic epoxy filler and sand casted flush to provide a joint-less finish. This should include all fittings, accessories, hardware, support structures, etc. required for installation. Anti-bacterial and anti-fungus sterile coating shall be applied on the finished walls & ceiling with at least 2-3 coats to achieve a thickness of minimum 200 micron. Before application of sterile wall coating an appropriate primer shall be applied.

The primer shall be supplied along with the paint and should be of the same make as that of paint and shall be applied prior to coating of anti-bacterial & anti-fungus sterile paint on walls & ceiling 2-3 coats shall be applied to achieve a thickness of 200 microns. Sterile coating and primer shall be applied on the surface by air-less spray gun. Sterile coating shall withstand against application of commonly used cleaners in the operation rooms and shall withstand against regular steam cleaning. Product should have warranty of at least 6 years.

OPERATION THEATRE FLOORING ANTISTATIC CONDUCTIVE FLOORING :

Item No 04 Blank

Item No 05 : SITC Of Pressure Relief Dampers inside OT All operation rooms should be supplied with multi bladed damper specifically design edto control roomairpressures and protection the Doors should be provided within the modular panel. Each stabilizer comprises of amatchings lipoverrearflange coated in white color and exteriorgrille. The pressure dampers will contain three grade 304 SS Blades which pivot upon sealed for life bearing assemblies.

ELECTRICAL UPS POWER DISTRIBUTION BOARD

Item No 06 : All high voltage equipment should be installed in as eparate enclosure. Bidder should provide UPS DB for each MOT should be installed with suitable wiring (one DB dedicated for UPS power supplies and Other for Raw power supplies to MOT equipments

[i] The remote cabinet should house the operating ,electrical distribution equipment & circuit protection equipment for all circuits within the operating theatre

[ii] All internal wiringshould terminate inconnector swith screw & clamps pring.

[iii] Connections of the clip-on type mounted, ona CE approved rail & labeled

[iv] DB Should have minimum two 32A/16A (As per requirement)extra circuits with MCCB/MCB for future uses like integration equipment, etc.

Item No 07 : Supply, Installation, fixing of Clean Room Lights. Recess mounted, Non Hygroscopic Peripheral Room lights (LED type) meant for clean room applications, dimmable, IP 54 protocol. Each set having digital ballast with dimmer control. Should provide high level of controlled luminance. Complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Refrigeration System

Item No 09 : Supply and Installation, commissioning of Refrigerator electric driven single phase having capacity 224 ltrs (or nearest higher standard size) frost free working with non CFC refrigirent and above 5 star rating complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 10 : Supply and fix voltage stablizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for inpur variation between 90 volts to 280 volts with out put voltage stablized at 230 volts with accuracy of ± 2.5% and current carrying capacity 2 Amps suitable for Refrigerator complete all as specified and as directed.

Desert Cooler

Item No 11 : Supply and fixing heavy duty desert cooler stainless steel 5000 cum/hrs with front grill and directional grills of suitable size and bottom water tank of capacity minimum 80 Ltrs with submersible pump motor 40 watt single phase complete all as specified and directed.

Medical Gas pipe line

Medical GAS SUPPLY Oxygen System 6 + 6 : 12 CYLINDER Manifold with tail pipe and NRV :

Item No 12 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the Oxygen Manifold will be configured as 2 x 6 (12) Cylinder Manifold is suitable to withstand a pressure of 145 Kg/cm2, along with high-pressure copper annealed tail pipes with end Brass adapter suitable for Oxygen Cylinders and manifold,The manifold should be tested (hydraulically) at 3500 psig and necessary test certificates should be submitted along with the supply, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Oxygen manifold shall have following features. [i] Top frame comprising of high pressure copper pipes of size 1/2” NB x 15 swg with high pressure brass fittings made of high tensile brass and connections through non- return valves; high pressure copper tail pipes, made of high pressure copper pipe of size 1/4” NB x 15 swg.

[ii] The main frame are made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron and bottom frame of 20 X 20 mm square are install in such a way that the Cylinder must be stage for use in upright position and are not fell down under any circumstances.

Fully Automatic Control Panel for Oxygen

Item No 13 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fully Automatic Oxygen Control Panel with audio visual indicator Indigenous.The Oxygen Control Panel should fully comply and meets latest NFPA-99/HTM 02-01 standards. The Manifold Control Panel is Digital, fully automatic type and switches from “Bank in Use” to “Reserve” bank without fluctuation in delivery supply line pressure and without the need for external power. After the switch-over, the “Reserve” bank then becomes the “Bank in Use” and the “Bank in Use” becomes the “Reserve” bank. The manifold control panel should have a microprocessor based digital display panel complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

The control panel should have incorporated with three large, red, illuminated LED displays for the Left Bank, the Right Bank and for the Supply Pressure. The control panel should also have six LED’s, two Green for “Bank in Use”, two Amber for “Bank Ready” and two Red for “Bank Empty”.

Oxygen control panel shall have following features:

[i] Fully automatic self-contained shuttle-valve with no electrical power required for switching

Oxygen Emergency 2 + 2 : 04 Cylinder manifold with tail pipe and NRV

Item No 14 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of The Emergency Oxygen Manifold will be configured as 2 x 2 Cylinder Manifold is suitable to withstand a pressure of 145 Kg/cm2, along with high-pressure copper annealed tail pipes with end Brass adapter suitable for Oxygen Cylinders and manifold.supply of oxygen should change automatically from emergency to main manifold.The main frame are made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron and bottom frame of 20 X 20 mm square are install in such a way that the Cylinder must be stage for use in upright position and are not fell down under any circumstances complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

[i] To reduce the risk of medical oxygen system from contamination due to ignition of fluorinated polymer materials, only Non-Halogenated Polymer materials should be used in the Non-Return Valves and high-pressure side of the Pressure Regulators of the manifold system.

[ii] In case of supply pressure failure from the main manifold system, there should be arrangement of automatic switchover of supply of oxygen from main to emergency manifold with audio-visual alarm. Again, with the restoration of pressure of the main manifold.

Emergency Oxygen Regulator :

Item No 15 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of dual line pressure regulators MOX having delivery flow capacity of 500 L/min or above at 4.2 bar pressure, brass body, stainless steel spring, rubber diaphragm etc.complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-chrage.

Oxygen Outlet with probe :

Item No 16 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of double Lock Gas - OXYGEN Outlet Points with Adapter (BS OR DIN type) Indigenous Outlets should be manufactured with a 165 mm long Copper inlet pipe stub which is silver brazed to the outlet body. Body should be of one piece brass construction. For positive pressure gas services, the outlet should be equipped with a primary and secondary check valve and the secondary check valve should be rated at minimum 200 psi in the event the primary check valve is removed for maintenance.

[i] The outlet assembly must have separate colour coding for each service and should accept only corresponding gas specific adapters.

[ii] All outlets must be cleaned and de-greased for medical gas service, factory assembled and tested.

[iii] The medical gas outlets should be of quick connecting and wall mounted modular type.

BPC flow meter with humidifier bottle :

Item No 17 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Back Pressure Compensated flow meter is of accurate gas flow measurement with following features:

[i] Control within a range of 0 – 15 lpm, out of which 0-5 lpm should be with expanded scale.

[ii] It meets strict precision and durability standard.

[iii] The flow meter body is made of brass chrome plated materials.

[iv] Flow Tube has large and expanded 0 – 5 lpm range for improved readability at low flows.

[v] Inlet filter of stainless steel wire mesh to prevent entry of foreign particles.

Item No 18 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the Nitrous Oxide Manifold will be configured as 2 x 2 (4) Cylinder Manifold is suitable to withstand a pressure of 145 Kg/cm2, along with high-pressure copper annealed tail pipes with end Brass adapter suitable for Nitrous Oxide Cylinders and manifold, The main frame are made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron and bottom frame of 20 X 20 mm square are install in such a way that the Cylinder must be stage for use in upright position and are not fell down under any circumstances, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-incharge.

The manifold should be tested (hydraulically) at 3500 psig and necessary test certificates is accompany along with the supply.

[iii] A High Pressure Double Stage Regulatorwith gauges indicating cylinder pressure and delivery line pressure should be mounted on the 2-cylinder Emergency Manifold System suitable to withstand a pressure of 145 Kg/cm2, along with high- pressure copper annealed tail pipes with end Brass adapter suitable for Nitrous Oxide Cylinders and manifold.

Fully Automatic Control Panel for Nitrous oxide :

Item No 21 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of double Lock Gas N2O Outlet Points with Adapter. Item No 22 : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of duplex compressed air plant complete with each compressor should have minimum free air delivery of 650 LPM & 7.5 KW power consuption for each unit.1 air receiver, 1 air purufication system to ensure medical air quality, pressure reducing station, control panel, automatic drain valves, ball valves etc. : Medical compressed air system comprising of DUPLEX System Air Compressors, base mounted, each having required capacity with suitable Motor and Filter, Non-Return Valve, Isolation Valves along with supply & retern valve of Receiver Tanks of 1000 litres, 1 nos. of Air Dryers and 1 Pressure Reducing Station along with interconnecting piping to take care of the requirement of desired no. of air outlets, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Duplex air compressor air plant shall have following features.

[i] Type of Compressor: Air Cooled, totally Oil Free Reciprocating Compressors along with TEFC squirrel cage induction motors (V-belt driven). The Compressed Air System will have 2 nos. of identical Air Compressors.

[ii] Sequence of Operation: The compressors shall run in cascading phenomenon. Initially 1st will run according to the demand, the 2nd will remain as standby; The compressors shall run on rotational basis during auto mode. In manual mode, every compressor shall run maintaining the required higher (8.5 kg/cm2) and lower cut-off pressure (7.5 kg/cm2).

[iii] Specifications of each Air Compressor:

[iv] Air Receivers:01 nos., each of 1000 litres capacity should comply with IS 2825/ BS EN 286 for maximum working pressure of 200PSI. Each air receiver shall be equipped with a suitable pressure gauge, safety relief valve, 1-way by pass and automatic electronic tank drain with manual override.

[v] Air Dryer Type: Heatless Desiccant Type – 1 nos., each dryer should be suitable for above compressor system (i.e. each dryer should be suitable to take the total load of 2 compressors). Each Dryer should be supplied with suitable inlet filter.Duplex Air Dryer, desiccant type, each having full capacity of plant flow with a minimumaccuracy of ±3°C in a range from -20°C to 60°C atmospheric dew- point, with a set point of -46°C. It should be equipped with moisture separator, auto drain valve.

[vi] Pressure Reducing System: For Medical Air: The System will have 01 sets of Pressure Regulators (one in working & one stand-by) with isolation valves to reduce air pressure to required 4.2 Kg./ cm2 for Medical Air pipeline.

[vii] Automatic drainage traps: Electrically operated automatic drainage traps should be provided at the bottom of the receivers along with manual drainage facility with isolation valves. The discharge from these drainage traps should be piped outside the room at a suitable place.

[viii] 4-Stage Breathing Air Filters: The breathing air filters should have maximum contaminant removal efficiency with minimum pressure drop. The filtration system should conform to breathing air filtration as per ISO 8573, Ch – I Standard. Two sets of 4-stage filters will be provided; while one set will be working, the other set will remain as standby. Stage-1 & 2: Coalescing filters (Water separator & Oil filter) upstream of the desiccant dryer forgeneral purpose protection, removing liquid water and oil aerosol to 0.1mg, cum (0.1 ppm)and particles down to 1 micron. Stage-3: Active carbon filter after the desiccant dryer for removal of oil vapors andhydrocarbon odors with maximum remaining oil content of 0.003 mg/cum.(0.003 ppm) willbe installed after stage 3 filter. Stage-4: Bacteria filter for particle removal.

Item No 23 : Medical Air Outlet with probe : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Double Lock Gas MEDICAL GAS 4 BAR gas. Outlet Points with Adapter. (BS OR DINtype) Indigenous Outlets should be manufactured with a 165 mm long Copper inlet pipe stub which is silver brazed to the outlet body. Body should be of one piece brass construction. For positive pressure gas services, the outlet should be equipped with a primary and secondary check valve and the secondary check valve should be rated at minimum 200 psi in the event the primary check valve is removed for maintenance. The outlet assembly must have separate colour coding for each service and should accept only corresponding gas specific adapters. All outlets must be cleaned and de-greased for medical gas service, factory assembled and tested. The medical gas outlets should be of quick connecting and wall mounted modular type

Item No 24 : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Vaccum plant complete with each vaccum pump should have minimum free air aspirated of 1699 LPM at 450 mmHg, 1 Vaccum receiver, secretion trap, bacteria double filter, control panel, ball valves etc. Vacuum System Indigenous shall be design, fabricate, test & install medical vacuum system comprising of Simplex System of Lubricated, Air-cooled, Reciprocating vacuum pump /Rotary vane Lubricated vacuum pump may also be offered. Vacuum Pumps each having desired capacity with suitable Motor and interconnecting piping with Filter, Silencer, Non- Return Valve, Isolation Valves, etc. alongwith 2nos. (q) Sequence of Operation: The vacuum pumps shall run in cascading phenomenon. Initially 1st will run according to the demand, the 2nd will remain as standby; The vacuum pumpsshall run on rotational basis during auto mode. In manual mode, every compressor shall run maintaining the required higher (-650 mm Hg) and lower cut-off pressure (-450 mmHg).

[ii] Vacuum plant exhaust: The position of the termination point should be carefully chosen outside the plant room to be clear of windows, ventilation intakes and the intake of air compressors and other equipment. to reduce noise from the exhaust, a silencer should be fitted in the exhaust pipe of each pump.

[iii] Bacteria Filters: The bacteria filters should be designed for critical applications involving the removal of liquid, solid and bacterial contamination from the suction side of vacuum pump systems, each filter is designed and sized to carry the full plant design flow and pressure. Bacteria filters shall have efficiency at least 99.999% when tested by the sodium flame method in accordance with BS 3928:1969 utilizing particles in the 0.02 to 2 micron size range. Bacteria filters shall be marked with the legend ‘Bio-Hazard’. Bacteria filter shall be provided with a transparent sterilisable collection jar to collect condensate. It should be internally and externally epoxy coated, easily removable.

The termination point should be turned down and provided with wire mesh protection to reduce the effect of wind pressure and prevent the ingress of rain, snow, insects or animals.

Item No 25 : Vaccum outlet with probe. : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Double Lock Gas VACUUM gas. Item No 26 : Vaccume meter Major for Wards (600 ml jars) : 14.2 Ward Vacuum Unit Ward Vacuum Unit will be light weight and compact. The unit will consist of followings accessories.

Item No 28 : Supply, installation, testing & comissioning of copper pipe-medical Grade Copper Tubes and fittings : Indigenous Solid drawn, seamless, de-oxidized, non-arsenical, half-hard, tempered and de- greased copperpipe conforming to BS EN 13348: 2008 shall be used for the installation of pipelines. All copper pipes should be de-greased & to be delivered capped at both ends. The pipes should be accompanied with manufacturers test certificate for the physical properties & chemical composition. Copper pipes should have reputed third party inspection certificate from Lloyds’ Register of manufacture. Copper fittings has been made of copper and suitable for a steam working Pressure of 17 bars and especially made for brazed socket type connections. All copper fittings should comply with EN 1254-1:1998 and factory degreased. Each size of fittings should be individually packed for medical use.complete all as specified & directed by engineer-in-charge.

Notes

[i] Pipe supports (a) The pipeline should be adequately supported at sufficient intervals to prevent sagging or distortion. Supports for surface mounted pipe work should provide clearance to permit painting of the surface. Where it is essential for pipes to cross electric cables or conduit, they should be supported at intervals on either side of the crossing to prevent them from touching the cables or conduit. Supports should be of suitable material or suitably treated to minimize corrosion.

(b) The spacing of supports shall be as per the latest HTM standard. Suitable sleeves shall be provided wherever pipes cross through walls / slabs. All pipe clamps shall be non-reactive to copper. Metallic pipe clamps must be separated from copper pipes by insulating materials.

(c) Maximum interval between supports (Horizontal and Vertical) for 12 mm OD Pipe 1.5 mtr interval between supports for 15 mm OD pipe 1.5 mtr interval between supports for 22mm OD pipe 2 mtr interval between supports for 28mm OD pipe 2 mtr interval between supports

[ii] Pipe preparation Pipe ends should be cut with the pipe axis, using sharp wheel cutters whenever possible, and be cleaned to get rid of any cuttings or burrs

[iii] INSTALLATION & TESTING

(a) Installation of piping is carried out with utmost cleanliness. Only pipes, fittings and valves which has been degreased and brought in polythene sealed bags should be used at site. Pipe fixing clamps of nonferrous or non-deteriorating plastic suitable for the lower diameter of the pipe (max. upto 42mm OD). For pipe size of over 42mm, metallic clamps may be used by separating the copper pipe by insulating materials.

(b) All pipe joints should be made using flux less brazing method.

(c) All joints of copper to copper should be brazed by silver brazing filler material without flux.

(d) After erection, the pipes should be flushed with dry nitrogen gas and then pressure tested with dry nitrogen/ Medical Air at a pressure equal to twice the working pressure (or 10.5 kg/cm2 whichever is higher) for a period of not less than 24 hours. All leaks and joints revealed during testing should be rectified and re-tested till the pressure in pipes stands for at least 24 hours. Finally, before use of the system, each pipeline should be flushed with working gas. All the piping system shall be finally tested in the presence of the authorized representative of WBMSCL for final approval and Certification.

(e) When brazing copper-to-copper joints: The brazed joints should be made using a silver copper- phosphorus brazing alloy and no flux should be used; Brazing should be carried out using oxygen-free dry nitrogen as an internal inert gas shield to prevent the formation of oxides inside the surface of the pipes and fittings. Ensure adequate protection of adjacent pipe runs and other services.

[iv] PAINTING All exposed pipes should be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and color codification should be as per IS: 2379 of 1990. Besides pipelines, color band identification should be applied near to valves, junctions, walls etc. A label applied every 3mtr.bearing 6mm size letters should identify each gas. Self-adhesive plastic labels with direction of flow should be used for this purpose. A band 150 mm wide is usually adequate.

[v] Capping Sections of pipeline should be capped as soon as they are completed so as to prevent the ingress of debris and other impurities.

[i] Standard MS fittings with welded joint shall be used on the pipes.

[iii] Welding of any kind on galvenised support / hanger shall not be permitted.

[iv] The pipe size 150 mm NB & below shall be MS 'C' class as per IS 1239-1: 2004 & IS 1239-2: 2011.

[v] The pipe size above 150 mm NB shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS 3589: 2001.

[vi] Pipes of size more than 50 mm NB shall be butt welded with fittings of equal or higher thickness whereas pipes below 50 mm NB size shall be socket welded.

Item No 52 : S & F of CL#150 rated three-piece design 25 mm NB Cast Steel (CS) Straight pattern ball valve, conforming to IS 9890: 1981 and tested as per BS 6755-1, having Cast iron body, Stainless steel AISI 304 ball, renewable PTFE seat & gland packing, CS fastners & lever having screwed / socket weld end connection with accessories complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Item No 53 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 4- way fire brigade inlet connection, conforming to IS 5290: 1993 with four 63 mm NB inbuilt gunmetal non-return valves, four 63 mm NB instanteneous couplings arranged on 100 mm NB pipe manifold and connected to fire hydrant ring main and fire hydrant wet riser pipe complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.

B. FIRE ALARM AND DETECTION SYSTEM (MANUAL & AUTOMATIC)

Item No 54 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of FM approved and UL listed microprocessor- based, true peer-to-peer networkable, Single loop addressable Fire Alarm Control Panel (FCAP) with its own microcontroller memory, communication module, fire device loop interface cards for intelligent initiating and indicating devices and peer-to-peer networkable with other addressable fire alarm panels. conforming to UL 2572 mass notification systems & NFPA 72, with required accessories complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.

The FACP shall meet the following specifications / functional requirements.

[i] The FACP shall have one isolated intelligent Signalling Line Circuits (SLCs) capable of connecting up to 99 detectors and 99 modules per SLC upto 200 detector and modules.

[ii] The FACP shall have a degrade mode and the loops shall work in degrade mode in case of the CPU failure.

[iii] The FACP shall have 640 character LCD backlit display/ Touch Screen display, full QWETRY program keypad, LED indicators viz. power; fire alarm; supervisory; system trouble; other event; signals silenced; point disabled; CPU failure; controls active; etc. membrane switch controls viz. acknowledge; signal silence; drill; system reset; lamp test; etc

[iv] The FACP shall have four access levels, flash EPROM, 240 VAC power supply, automatic battery charger, 24 V sealed lead acid batteries, sufficient for 24 hrs normal working and 30 min in alarm condition.

[v] The FACP shall have manual sensitivity adjustment up to nine levels, built-in alarm; trouble; security and supervisory relays, history file with 4000-event capacity in non-volatile memory plus separate 1000-event alarm-only file, keypad operation, LCD unit to indicate fire / fault signal of individual unit, in built printer to log all incoming data, etc.

[vi] The FACP shall have integrated 8 channel digital voice evacuation system controller capable of broadcasting evacuation messages on the same peer-to-peer network, fire fighter's telephone two-way communication system capable of supervising all the speaker circuits with adequate zone control and accessories etc.

NOTES:

[i] The FACP shall be servicable by any system integrator & shall not have dependency on specific system integrator.

[ii] The FACP shall have feature to "ADD", "EDIT" & "DELETE" field devices like detectors & modules without dependency on PC / Software / Special tool / dongle.

Item No 55 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of FM approved and UL listed Network Control Display (NCD) / Repeater Panel capable of full supervision of all inputs and network integrity, having10" high definition 1024 X 600 colour touchscreen display, environmental adjustment controls to maximize LCD legibility, LED status indicators (for power supply and off normal condition), network connection, three USB connections, trouble relay, tamper and trouble inputs, etc. and features viz. network-wide acknowledge silence, reset, lamp test, fully programmable node-mapping subsystem, colour coded icon based event notification, event vectoring, etc. along with UL listed non-resettable 24 VDC power source complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Item No 56 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL listed analogue addressable type Multisensor Detectors with heat & smoke combination with the fixed temperature of 59 degrees Centigrade and Rate of raise facility of 11.1.Deg C /min with 8 digit dip switches for ( 1 to 254) address settings. Dual LED indication for 360-degree visibility, milky white in color, shall be polarity insensitive, easy to install, advanced detection and communication protocol with insect filter chamber

Item No 86 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory designed, pre-fabricated and floor-mounted modular type scroll chiller machine of at least 50 TR actual capacity at site conditions complete with hermetic scroll compressors having independent refrigerant circuits, water-cooled S/T type condenser, S/T horizontal flooded type evaporator / cooler with carbon steel shell and seamless copper tubes with elastomeric insulation, suitable numbers of squirrel cage induction motor of suitable rating with class 'F' insulation, along with necessary drive arrangement, lubrication system as per manufacturer's design required for smooth and trouble-free operation of the chiller package, common base frame, interconnected copper refrigerant piping along with elastomeric insulation, fittings, valves, expansion valves and accessories to interconnect compressor, condenser,

chiller and expansion valve, microprocessor based control panel comprising of controls including sensors and equipped with a keyboard, LCD touchscreen access input system, protection and monitoring devices to perform control functions, wiring, vibration isolators, gauge panel, automatic safety controls, flow switch at evaporator and condenser and ozone friendly, CFC-free refrigerant all complete as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge

NOTES:

[ii] The chiller OEM shall be manufacturer of its own compressors for easy maintenance.

[iii] Mapping shall be required for all critical points displayed on the chiller control panel. The chiller shall be BMS compatible and shall have RS485 / RS232 serial communication protocol.

[iv] The unit shall be suitable for 3- Phase, 415 V ± 10%, 50 Hz AC electric supply, with a built-in microprocessor based control panel.

[vi] Necessary civil work viz. foundation for placement of chillers, etc. shall be deemed included in the scope of work.

[vii] Evaporator and condenser shall be of 2 pass only.

CHILLED WATER CIRCULATION PUMP (2W + 1S)

The HWG shall conform to the following requirements / specifications:

NOTES:

[i] ACBs shall have separately powered, individual fault trip indication LEDs (For overload, short circuit, earth fault and trip-unit failure) shall be available on the trip unit which shall function even in the absence of external power supply to the breaker.ACB shall be suitable for ZSI. FIRE & SMOKE DAMPER

LAMINAR AIR FLOW SYSTEMS : AIR CEILING MANAGEMENT CEILING SYSTEMS

Item No 157 : The air to the OT to be supplied through an air / light ceiling as per ISO 14644.

[i] The operating theatre shall be equipped with a supply air ceiling to the following specification.

[ii] The air-supply ceiling should provide optimum air distribution over the patient area duly integrated with shadow less lighting.

[iii] The Plan air ceiling should be 2.40 metres x 2.40 metres minimum or as per room size in accordance to HTM 2025 & should be integrated with the adjacent false ceiling

[iv] The ceiling should be constructed with a plenum box supplied with conditioned air from the central system via “S" class HEPA filters & mounted on the exit from the supply ducting.

[v] The ceiling should include integral lighting and a composite air/light diffuser fitted with the anodised aluminium extrusion factory tested for leakage free. The HEPA filters should be factory tested and certified­. Test seals must be provided in the filter housing in accordance with DIN 1946 and DIN 4799.

[vi] The ceiling should incorporate supports to secure it to the main structural frame of the modular operating theatre.

[vii] The ceiling should be constructed from 1.6 mm thick aluminium sheet frame painted, white after manufacture. Air should be diffused into the theatre uniformly over the total operating area.

[viii] The Laminar flow ceiling should also have illumination across its total area.

[ix] The lighting should be sufficient to provide an illumination level of 1500 Lux (with 40 Illumination lights) at the wound-site and should be dimmable down to 3% of full lighting, without flicker. Lighting should be generated from high frequency electronic ballast’s complete with colour corrected fluorescent tubes.

[x] The air light diffusers should be fitted with the aluminium extruded frame with gasket to avoid leakages, installed in a manner which allows them to be removed for access to the lamps and air filters for maintenance or replacement. Control equipment for the general lighting and the light dimming should be provided in the theatre control panel.

[xi] The Air light diffusers should consist of one-two layers of monofilament precision woven polyester bonded to aluminium frames.

[xii]The screens should have uniform porosity, with an open area of sufficient resistance to create laminar airflow from the diffuser face.

[xiii]The operating lamps should be secured directly to the framework of the supply ceiling in such a way as to minimise deflection. Further to take care of slab height. in addition to the lighting in the central area, optional lighting channel should be constructed around the perimeter of the flat ceiling area.

[xiv] This should contain a ring of high frequency fluorescent tubes to provide additional lighting outside the operating area to provide a minimum lighting level of 1000 Lux throughout the operating theatre. Control equipment for the peripheral lighting should be provided in the theatre control panel to allow independent control of the lighting levels of both the central lighting and the peripheral lighting by the surgical team.

[xv] The peripheral light diffusers should be constructed from opal prismatic diffuser material in aluminium frames. All aluminium used in the construction should be enamelled white or anodised.

[xvi] The air management system should be designed to achieve following parameters :

(a) F.S. 209 classification = 100 (100 particles/ ft3)

(b) Bacteriological class = B (5 CFU/ m3)

(c) Particle decontamination kinetics CP = 5 min

(d) Biological decontamination kinetics CB = 5 min.

(e) ECG-GMP Annex 1 classification = Class A

(f) ISO 14644/ 1 classification = ISO 5

OPERATION TAHATER TOUCH SCREEN CONTROL PANEL 22".

Item No 158 : Thecontrol panel should be touch screen panel. This control panel should work as the central control panel for the HVAC controls,instruction board, Touchscreen, OT light control. The controller should be capable of adjusting the temp adjustment of +/- 5 Degwith in 5Minutes.

[i] The touch screen should be wall mounted, stationed in the visibility line of the surgeon and OT staff. The access height should be convenient for the nurse to operate and help/assistant when in need.

[ii] The panel should accommodate digital clock and the elapsed time indicator.

[iii] The medical gas alarm should indicate high and low gas pressures for each gasservice (Except for vaccum, for vaccum it should be normal or low) present in the OT including vacuum. This should be supported byaudible alarm also. The panel should have analarmmute (faultannunciation) facility. Thesensors (pressureswitches) should be at the nearest isolation valve.

[iv] Control for general lighting:ON/OFF and dimming controls or ganizedin groupst o provide uniform illumination.

[v] On/off Control o fthe operating light( major and satellite intensity control) should be provided.

[vi] Hand free telephone se twith memory should belocated at one side.

[vii] Temperature and humidity control for the room connected to the AHU. (Adjustable from the panel)The controller should be capable of adjusting the temp adjustment of +/- 5 Deg within 5 Minutes wherever separate AHU is provided for each OT.

[viii] Digital room pressure indicator incm ofH2O or equivalent (signal from pressure sensorsh all be provided to indicate pressure differentia lbetweenOTand outside)

[ix] HEPA filter bank differential pressure indicator.

SINGAL ARM OT PENDANTS.

Item No 159 : Supply, install, test and commissioning of single arm pendants with 1 ARM No. swiveling arm with main controls movement up to 330° and Gas outlets & electric switch sockets: Single Arm Ceiling Pendants Indigenous, the heavy-duty pendant shall be mounted on ceiling and the column length to be fabricated for the specified ceiling height. Each pendant head shall have the following features:-

TWO PLATE X-RAY VIEW BOX :

Item No 160 : Supply and Installation of X - Ray view box duly flushed with OT wall with LED lights. The system shall satisfy electrical safety codes for high & low voltage system. It shall be equipped with a 3‐plate X‐Ray viewing screen. It shall also be designed to provide flicker free luminance for the film viewing purpose. It shall be installed flushed with the theatre wall for hygienic and ease of cleaning purpose. The X‐Ray viewing screen shall be designed for the purpose of front access. The X‐Ray viewing screen shall be illuminated by 4 pieces of high frequency LED lamps and the dimming is controlled by the usage of dimming ballast with the PCB that is mounted inside the box. The diffuser shall be able to diffuse the light evenly and to provide enough luminance for film viewing. It shall be made of high quality opaque acrylic sheet. The film should be held firmly by using spring‐loaded clips for ease of mounting and demounting.

The body shall be built by using electrolyzed steel duly powder coated Led based dimmable X - RAY view box provide high level of controlled luminance (Uniformity of luminance should be >90%.) with reduced glare and flicker free and consume low power yet provide homogenous image effect. The Diffuser should be made of high quality white opaque acrylic sheet .All controls should be easily accessible and with high quality membrane switches. Dimmable switches shall be Feather touch with dimming range 3% - 100%.The Mains should be 110V – 240V, 50 – 60 Hz. LED technology should be used. Brightness should be >3000 Lux. Control should be 0 – 10v interface. Light color>2700k warm white. LED source life > 30000 hrs. Size: 940mmx640mmx70mm. Complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

WRITING BOARD :

Item No 161 : Supply, Installation, fixing of One operating list board should be provided in each operating theatre. It should be made of ceramic having Magnetic properties and should be flushed to the wall of the operating room.

[I] Writing Unit/White Board of size 900/600 mm flush mounted 1.60 mm thick white laminate board, bonded to a 40 mm high density fiber board sheet for additional rigidity. The unit should open to create a wall mounted writing surface within the operating room. The white board should be constructed from 1.6 mm thick, white laminate. Complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

HATCH BOX / PASS BOX :

Item No 162 : Supply, Installation, fixing of A Hatch of 600mm x 600mm size should be provided in the Operation Theatre as specified in the scope of the work to remove waste materials from the Operation Theatre to Dirty linen Area just adjacent to Operation Theatre. Each Hatch should be equipped with two doors and the door should be operated electronically. The Hatch should be designed in such a way that only one door should be opened at one time. The UV light should be so installed that it is kept on while both the doors are closed, this UV light has to be automatically turned off in case of opening of either of the doors. There should be indicators on both sides of the OT so that the door open/close status can be monitored from both ends. Hatch Box should be manufactured from Stainless Steel (Grade 304) Complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

OT SCRUB STATION:

Item No 164 : Scrubstation size : (min size 1500mm )

[i] Compact surgical scrub sink should be designed for use in OT complex providing for pre procedural scrub up.( Double sink combination as suitable)

[ii] Each fixture should be fabricated from heavy gauge type 304 stainles ssteel (minimum thickness 1.2mm) and should be seamless welded construction, polished to asatin finish.

[iii]The scrub sink should be provided with a front access panel which should be easily removed for access to the water controlled valve, waste connections, stoppers and strainers.

[iv] Hands free operation should include infrared sensors withp rogrammable adjustment.

[v] Thermostatic mixing, valve control should be located behind the access panel and maintain constant water temperature.

[vi] Timing should be adjustable to meet individual application requirements.

[vii] Knee/footoperated switch should be provided additionally.

[ii] ACBs shall have separately powered, individual fault trip indication LEDs (For overload, short circuit, earth fault and trip-unit failure) shall be available on the trip unit which shall function even in the absence of external power supply to the breaker.ACB shall be suitable for ZSI. Trip units shall have thermal memeory as standard.

[iii] All the MCCBs up to 250 A shall be with thermal magnetic trip unit & above 250A shall be with microprocessor trip units. To ensure failsafe emergency tripping of the breakers (ACBs & MCCBs), it shall be supplied with continuous rated shunt trip coils.

[iv] Necessary control and switching devices to execute the switching and control logic shall be deemed inclusive of the scope of supply irrespective of them being specified / not specified above or in the SLD.

[v] The Panel / Switchboard shall be tested to withstand vibration caused by an earthquake in accordance with IEC 60068-3-3:2013 or IS 1893 Zone V.

[vi] The Panel shall be purchased from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or OEM authorized franchises only.

[vii] All the necessary noble components (viz., structural, Door noble like hinge, Bush, Door alignment guage and Bus bar noble - Bus bar support, Close profile structure - horizontal & vertical) of the Panel shall be supplied by the OEM.

[viii] The Contractor shall furnish dimensional drawings of the items offered indicating all the fittings, dimensional tolerances, typical GADs, etc. to the engineer-in-charge for approval of the MEP Consultant and thereafter A.O. / representative.

[ix] The Contractor shall intimate the Engineer-in-Charge of the routine tests in the OEM factory in presence of a representative nominated by the Engineer-in-Charge before dispatch.

Annual Maintenance of Lift

Item No 186 : Material and Labour for Annual maintenance of G+1, 15 passenger and hospital stretcher (1020 KG) lift mentioned above by performing all fortnightly, monthly, bi- monthly, half yearly and yearly checks and test, including repair and replacement of unserviceable spare parts for making serviceability after the completion of defects liability periods(DLP) through OEM all as specified and directed.

(a) The contractor shall enter into MOU with OEMs for the provision of lift and further maintenance. The MOU for post warranty / post defect liability period between the contractor and OEM shall be submitted.

(b) All parts and component fitted by OEM willbe original. If original parts or components are not available, the parts or components fitted will be equal and functionality.

(f) Contractor will liable to fixing the major parts without demanding any extra cost (It should be inclusive to the anuual AMC) (g) Contractor shall conclude AMC for contract with OEM and copy of the agreement will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement.

(j) The OEM will also detail one technical staff to inspect the lift every day regarding is its functioning, operation or any issue arising in the lift. Technician should also carry service tool along with himself during each visit. (k) Sufficient stores should be kept in stock with OEM to address the problem/complaints immediately. (l) Any delay in attending breakdown will attract penalty @ Rs 500 for first 4-8 hours after receiving complain and @Rs 1500 for every 8 hours of delay in rectification of complaints
