NOTES NO:- 1. The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entry / quoting the rates. 2. It is highlghted that the cretin condition of General Condition of Contracts (IAFW-2249) has been modified as direction of MOD i.e. inclusion of performance security, deletion of risk & cost provisions and increse in defects liability period all as specified in tender document.

Outsourcing services for for day to day routine/periodical maintenance including supply of all consumable lubricants and repair or replacement of all components (spare parts) which may occur due to wear and tear except major parts (as specified in nots here in after and paid separately under relevant items) for elecrically operated automatic passenger/ goods / stretcher lift fo capacity 13/8 person & max weight 884/544 Kg at Dakshineswar for G+6/7 building for daily / routine / periodical maintenance as per direction of OEM or their accredited, authorised agencies including daily maintenance necessary of records & documents all as specified here in after. Qty details:- Maintenance:- 06 Nos. Lift Location:- (i) Map Building No. 1 (G + 6) - 02 Nos. Lift ( 1 No. 8 Passenger Lift & 1 No. 13 Passengers Lift) (ii) Map Building No. 2 (G + 6) - 02 Nos. Lift (1 No. 8 Passenger Lift & 1 No. 13 Passenger Lift) (iii) Map Building No. 3 (G + 7) - 02 Nos. Lift (1 No. 8 Passenger Lift & 1 No. 13 Passenger Lift) (Make of the Lifts :- Thyssenkrupp Elevator)

Note for Item No. 2.00 : (i) Operation and include day to day routine/periodical maintenance with replacement of defective equipments/parts as specified in here-in-above shall deem to be included in above quoted rate. Including Testing all safety precautions. (ii) Regular Maintennce:- Regular cleaning, lubrication, adjustment and adequate servicing by authorized competent persons at such intervals as the type of equipments and frequency of service demand. (iii) Fortnightly Maintenance:- Each lift is required to be visited by designated maintenance team from OEMs or their accredited/ authorised agencies and carry out specified maintenance activities to ensure upkeep of lift is user work condition and details of checking by lift operator and counter signature by Engr-in-Charge for fortnightly maintenance schedule as mentioned in Appendix-A of PS. (iv) Monthly Maintenance:- Each lift is required to be visited by designated maintenance team from OEMs/ their accredited/authorised agencies and carry out specified maintenance activities to ensure upkeep of lift is user work condition. A proper visit required to be maintenance duly counter signed by supervisory staff with their remarks in monthly maintenance record in respective lift. (v) Quarterly Maintenance:- Each lift is required to be provided maintenance every quarter by OEMs/their accredited/authorised agencies and counter signature by Engr-in-Charge for quarterly maintenance schedule as mentioned in Appendix- A of PS. (vi) Annual Maintenance Schedule:- Certain specified maintenance is required to be performed on each lift to ensure longevity and useful working of lift details of maintenance required to be done and person responsible is provided in Appendix-A of PS. An Annual safety Audit got to be carried out by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Contd.....

Note for item no. 2.00 Contd....(xi) The OEM or their accredited / authorised agencies shall be conduct one safety audit during the currency of the contract for each lift and submit reports to the GE. (xii) That for any break of terms and condition of the MOU by the contractor the OEM shall inform to the GE. (xiii) The material cost of control panel, VVV Driver, ARD and barreris shall not include in above quoted rate. All other repairs/replacement required to maintain serviceability and safety of lift shall be deemed to be included in above quoted rate. (xiv) Force majure:- Any breakdown in lift caused due to natural calamities, i.e. flood, earthquake, fire in building other than fire in lifts etc. shall be outside scope of routine / periodical maintenance. (xv) The decision of Accepting Officer on exclusion / inclusion in scope of routine / periodical maintenance shall be final and binding. (xvi) All required suitable type T&P should be provided by contractor. (xvii) At time of breakdown OEM representative should attend the breakdown with in 4hrs of intimation. (xviii) One expert technician for lift should be present daily basis for checking safety precaution and emergency fault for all the 06 lifts including holiday and sunday recommended by OEM. (xix) List of building along with nos of passenger, name of OEM and nos of floor as mentioned in Appendix A of BOQ, the bidder / tenderer is advised to visit all existing lift at site and assess the quantum of the work to be carried out in the contract and quoted there rate accordingly. (xx) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as existing at site or as per OEM recommendation.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) control complete unit with all accessories including maintenance free batteries suitable for 8 to 13 passengers lift complete all as specified and as directed including taking down unserviceable ARD complete all as specified and directed. (Make: As per existing OEM of above LIFT)

Supply and fixing Variable Voltage and Variable frequency (VVVF) drive of capacity 15 KW, 440 Volts AC for VVVF system including taking out old unserviceable drivecomplete all as specified and directed. (Make: As per existing OEM of above LIFT)

Supply and fixing Variable Voltage and Variable frequency (VVVF) drive of capacity 0.75 KW, 440 Volts AC for VVVF system including taking out old unserviceable drivecomplete all as specified and directed. (Make: As per existing OEM of above LIFT)
