Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :

25 mm thick.

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls of height upto 10 M. above level in two layers,under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool,applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in - charge (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately)

Forming groove of uniform size in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

20 mm wide and 15 mm deep groove

Forming groove of uniform size from 12x12 mm and upto 25x15 mm in the top layer of washed stone grit plastered surface as per approved pattern, including providing and fixing aluminum channels of appropriate size and thickness (not less than 2 mm), nailed to the under layer with rust proof screws and nails and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in charge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment).

Overhead informatory road signage

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised ( minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 7 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 m dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, (Hilti make or equivalent) including drilling of hole in frame / concrete/ masonry / RCC/stone etc. and cleaing of hole with compressed air complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of existing old M.S. Railing/grills/builtup section in required line and level over boundary wall including straightening, repair, hoisting, errection and fixing in position with necessary bolts & nuts complete as per direction Engineer-in-Charge. (embedding in CC Block, welding if any required, priming to be paid seperately)

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of required size mesh and weight in window frames or as required including fixing with M.S. flat 20 x 4 mm beading by welding and applying a coat of approved steel primer complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (Weight of only steel wire fabric shall be measured for payment).

Extra for using marble stone chips (Green / Pink / Yellow / White / Dholpur / Agra Red etc.) instead of ordinary stone chips & Shri Ram Silver cement in the top layer in the same proportion as in the item of washed stone grit plaster. Including cost of pigment matching with the shade of chips in Agmt item No. 27 Complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Granite work gang saw cut (mirror polished and machine cut) of thickness 16 mm for wall lining (veneer work), backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the marble shade (To be secured to the backing by means of cramps, which shall be paid for separately). Granite of any colour and shade Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Extra for making pointed end (Bhalla) of square bar 16mm / 12mm size in MS railing / grill complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick Multicell poly carbonate panel system in roofing over MS supporting structure at all height and required pattern as per manufacturer's specification & recommendation. The system shall be Arcoplus - 6104 (10mm thick panels with Multicell structure i.e. with 3 cells and 4 walls) of Gallina India Pvt. Ltd. or equvialent. The panels shall be uniform in colour with an integral Multicell core and shall be manufactured with Vertical Standing Seam at both sides of the Panels with Snap-on polycarbonate connector to interlock the panels with single grip- lock mechanism to ensure maximum uplift capability and stability including Aluminium Cleat with both sides uphold, End-cap, Aluminium U-Profile for ends etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification & recommendations. Panels shall be coextruded UV both side protected. The panel shall be fixed over structural steel / MS purlins and be secured with snap-on connectors at all levels including all accessories complete to make a water tight skylight/roofing system etc. complete as per manufacturers specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Cost of supporting structure shall be paid separately).

Credit for dismantled steel work in builtup section, IRC fabric, pressed steel frame, MS section, MS bar, CI, SCI, GI pipe, reinforcement bars & MS flushing cistern etc. which shall be the property of the contractor and should be removed from the site of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Nothing extra shall be paid on account of carriage).

Credit for dismantled old bricks including necessary carriage etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.( Old briks should be removed from site of work and nothing extra shall be paid on account of removing mortar from old bricks & cleaning of old bricks).
