Major Repairing of aluminium door shutters (single or double leaf) including taking out door shutter from position, repairing and tightening of all members including new aluminium cleats, pivots and screws wherever required and refixing in position all complete but excluding the cost of new floor spring or door closer required.

Making arrangement of double scaffolding system for repair works etc. on the exterior side beyond scafolding cost cosidered in basic items, up to four story height made of bamboos 1.5m centre to centre horizontal & vertical tubes and M.S. tube challies for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. ( Minimum width shall be measured 1.5 Metre and height shall be measured upto repairing height from ground shall be considered for payment )
