Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. .(DSR 2.8.1)

Providing and laying 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :(DSR 4.1.10))

Providing and laying 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level .(DSR 4.1.2)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (DSR 10.1)

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture(DSR 13.62.1)

Grouting of vertical or inclined post of pale/chain/security fencing in true level, alignment and in plumb or inclination as required, including cost of all labour, materials and T&P required for proper completion of work. ( Post and concrete for grouting shall be measured separately) (CSI No. 9.28)

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.(DSR16.17.1)
