M&L for Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation,etc or for shafts wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete Deisgn Mix M-25 Grade (using 20mm graded stone aggregates ) Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, rough finished surfaces of flat concrete, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, and getting out in soft/loose soil, including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in post hole filling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, using broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base/foundation filling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate), with finished cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled mild structural steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins,posts, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide exc 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash brick subclass “B” Old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick in CM 1:4 rendering on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4), type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Point wiring for one light point/fan point/bell point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm multistrand copper conductor cable PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core multi stand flexible cable and 1.50 sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core cable ( green colour) as earth lead in and including PVC rigid conduit with all fittings for concealed type on stone/brick, masonary walls, roof etc including new CI/MS sunken box of required size and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge & 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet for housing switches sockets, regulators etc. including cutting/running chases, pinning in and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing specification, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.28 but for One 5 pin 15 / 16 Amps switch socket outlet point on independent board with 4 sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core multi stand flexible cable and 4 sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core cable (green colour) as earth lead complete all as specified and directed

S&F for Stop Valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screws both ends for irn pipe size of 15mm dia connect between geysers inclet PVC water and inlet GI pipe 15mm dia pipe line including necessary plumbing and civil works complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for bib tap chromium plated, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed for iron pipe size of 15mm dia connect to outlet GI pipe line including necessary plumbing and civil works complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) Cost of PVC casing capping/conduit deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

S&F galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore complete with all fittings such as bends elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and pigs, unions complete all as specified and directed.
