Demolition of concrete in ground floor & paving including finishes not exc 15 cm thick( above or below GL complete all as directed) including floor finishes like tiles of any description

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete in 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base finished even and fair complete all as spd and directed.

Dismantling of bricks or PCC block or brick tiles (laid flat or on edge ) in floors or paving of any description or thickness laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortar complete all as spd .

S & F machine pressed mix pattern precast concrete M-35 grade interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm tickness complete all as spd and directed by EIC.

Fixing only machine pressed mix pattern precast concrete M-35 grade interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm tickness complete all as spd and directed by EIC.

Supply and laying hard core of broken brick of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation or in sand cussioning includig spreading levelling in layer n. exc 25 cm thick in each layer ,watering and consolidation complete all as spd.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges including necssary form work complete all as spd and directed by EIC

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position complete .

M&L for brick work using sub class 'B' brick old size in cm (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 mtr mean radius , complete all as specified,

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling in mass concrete complete all as spd and directed by EIC

M&L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in copping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster, any description from brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, inclu taking down roots of trees complete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer (chalk whiting ) complete all as spd
