Servicing and maintenance of Goods cum passenger lifts in PXE technical (Total 03 nos of lift) of capacity one or two Tonne AC electric operated variable voltage variable frequency control serving for G+8/G+2/G+3 floors by replacing the trailing cable, checking of all power wiring termination, upper and lower limit switches for proper connection, Checking / adjusting guide clamp, Check all the locks functioning properly mechanically and electrically after opening the covers, check all sets of screws and spring and replace where necessary so that the lever should lock the brake properly for smooth operation of lift , Repair/maintenance of all door shutters of lift by repairing / replacing unserviceable parts, complete greasing and carrying out door adjustment, guide clamp adjustment, locking system etc for smooth functioning complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- (a) Maintanace of all 03 lifts will be done on monthly basis/ 6 times during period of contract (b) All switches, contactor, door shoe, door contact, door spring, SPP, Rectifier,door roller,door lock set, LOP & COP button, Relay , gear oil, consumable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials, lubricants are deemed to be included in rate quoted however the spare parts other than above shall be measured & paid separately. (c) The rates includes monthly mainantance charge of all five lifts and including spare parts under 1(b). (d ) The visit & maintenance work shall be got executed through classic Enterprises/ Kone Elevator/OTISE Elevator and test report of each lift will be submitted to Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair ARD (i.e. Automatic rescue device) complete set with Battery, reed switch, magnet etc of capacity 3000VA all as specified and directed.

Repair of the thruster of 2 to 5 ton capacities of EOT crane with gear holding brakes / Hoist / Creep / Cross travel and long travel, rewinding the burnt out electromagnetic thruster coil with super enamelled copper coil of existing gauge and varnishing, heating and testing etc. complete repairing of oil pump by replacing worn out parts, oil seal, O ring, bush and bearing - 02 nos. check nuts, lock pins all as required and directed by Engr in charge.

All as per item No.13 above but for capacity of 10 Ton EOT cranes all as required and directed

Supply and filling of gear oil in gear box of lift and EOT crane including top up all as specified and directed .

Supply and filling of transformer oil suitable for electro hydraulic thruster break of EOT crane including top up all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix brake shoes in pair (02 Nos) on drum diameter 100 to 200 mm suitable for 2 to 5 ton crane with necessary fittings complete including taking down old unserviceable one all as directed.

Supply and fix brake shoes in pair (02 Nos) on drum diameter 100 to 200 mm suitable for 10 ton crane with necessary fittings complete including taking down old unserviceable one all as directed.

Supply and fix brake liner for any capacity of EOT crane complete as specified.

Supply and Fix ball bearing of as per existing size for 20 Ton capacity make and model for thruster of 2 to 10 ton capacity crane complete as specified and directed.(Make :TATA/SKF)

All as per Item No. 20 above but bearing of size for 15 Ton capacity suitable as per existing make and model for long travel (LT) complete as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 6 Sqmm, 4 Core TRS flexible Rubber cable , with copper conductors, 1100 Volts grade multi stranded & sheathed for various capacity crane as specified and directed.Note:- wall portion of cable will be inside suitable size PVC pipe and fixed with clamp on wall.

Supply and fix in repair rotary type limit switch with 40:1 ratio suitable for 2 Tonne to 10 Tonne capacity EOT crane main hoist all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair Lever type limit switch for CT/LT suitable for 2 Tonne to 10 Tonne capacity EOT crane main hoist all as specified.

S&F in repair bimetal overload relay of 16-25 Amps capacities for cranes of any capacity and as per site requirement all as specified .

Dismantling and taking down of electric motor of 01 ton lift , 415 Volts 3 phase , 10 HP capacity, disconnection of incoming electric connection from panel, gear box and transported to workshop , stripping out burnt wiring, cleaning slots and rewinding the motor with super enameled copper wire as per existing size and gauge including insulating materials and varnishing, replacing worn out bearing as per existing size, reassembling the motor after rewinding and mounting on its original position including replacing the old unserviceable nuts, bolts and tested completed all as directed .

Dismantling of gear box of 01 ton capacity lift removing it from its position carefully and transporting to the work shop and refixing the same to its original positions after servicing and remantaling of worn out gears and followers and machining the gear shaft complete all as directed. Note : (i) Consumable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials , metal filling , machining , packing seals,gasket , nuts, bolts and washers and transportation from site to work shop are deemed to be included in rate quoted.(ii) bearing to be measured and paid separately

Supply and fix non friction spherical Ball bearing as per existing sizes fo 01 ton lift gear box including taking down old unserviceable one all as directed and specified.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to 32x6 mm GI iron strip earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron as steel, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with RCC cover slab of size 42cm x 42 cm and 10mm thick , funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (light grade) for watering, earth testing point, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all complete as specified and directed after taking down old earthing.(note :- 7.5 mtr GI strip with 40 mm GI pipe is included in above item)

Supply & fixing in replacement of earth continuity conductor GI strip 32x6 mm all as directed.

Supply , install , test and commissioning and Replacement of Compact type factory made CPRI Approved LT Panel board,Indoor type,make as per list enclosed in particular specification,floor mounted as per equipment made out of CRCA sheet of 3.15mm thick outer sheet cover and 2mm thick inner comprtment sheet cover with 75x75x6 mm of angle iron frame by using PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded stone) for fixing of panel and duly painted with powder coating over a coat of red oxide primer all over with canopy totally enclosed weather, dust and vermin proof with openable shutters/compartments with locking arrangement on front and back side of panel suitable for 3 phase 4 wire LT AC, 50 Hz, 415 Volts including suitable copper bus bar. PCC foundation/platform as per manufacturer guide lines for installing the panel board complete for accommodating the following accessories.
