Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (20mm graded stone agg) in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for guniting of spalled / corroded reinforced cement concrete surface, on vertical or overhead position, comprise of chipping of spalled and loose concrete; cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand blasting; scrubbing down concrete surface with wire brushes; cleaning with water; allowed to dry and applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as anti rust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of approved epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete to be gunited; applying two layers of guniting over steel welded wire mesh having 4 mm dia of wire and aperture 75 mm, total thickness of gunite not exc 25 mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar 1:2 using OPC 53 grade cement duly mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufactures instruction and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surface of required thickness to give even uniform & smooth finish conforming to proper geometrics in cement mortar (1:3) to match with the existing surface as in sides and soffits etc of slabs, chajjas, fins, fascias, parapets, lintels, columns and beams etc with and incl necessary scaffolding, shuttering, chases to brick work or RCC members etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore fancy type Pillar taps of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed.(Minimum weight15mm-110gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore Stop valve of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms/ 20mm 92gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore Angle stop valve of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed, (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting holes in brick/concrete walls, depth exc half brick/concrete wall but n exc one brick/conrete wall in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing to a distance n.exc 500m etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to lenth, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or secring with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Providing reinforcement cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and including form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated 50 micron aluminium frame any colour for windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of demolished/debris material with a lead exc 250Mtr but n. exc 500mtr (including material loading and unloading) outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed..

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore brass chromium plated shower roses with or without swivel joints, any size, including fixing to steel pipe or union, size of 125 mm to 150 mm, complete all as specified and directed..
