Improvement, widening and resurfacing of road from Pernem Junction near Bhagwati Temple to Devsu Junction (MDR 17) under Pernem Constituency of Pernem Taluka.

Earthwork in excavation for roadway as per drawing and specifications, in all types of strata comprising of any of type materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, murrum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, etc soft rock, ordinary rock or disintegrated rock, fissured/ shattered rock, decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials as described under Appendix “A” to those specification either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) or any approved method or methods as the case may be convenient or permitted inclusive of blasting chiseling, wedging etc. in all condition such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul condition etc including setting out, construction of shoring and barricading, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing sides, ramming of bottoms, getting out the excavated soil/rock to be leveled and neatly dressed, pumping and bailing out of water, back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and utilizing the remaining earth locally for road work, barricading, danger lightening, guarding and disposal of excavated earth as directed by the engineer in charge etc all complete including all leads and lifts and upto depth of excavation as per MORT&H Specification 301.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of centering shuttering and finishing. a)All works upto plinth level..

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects) for Grading-I ( 13 mm nominal size )

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH Specification 803

Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector (Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm die cast in aluminium resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit fitted with lense reflectors installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar all as per BS 873 part 4:1973) *
