Aluminium Door Single leaf size 2.10mx1.00m Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of Alumi,Anod natural colour matt finish door half glazed and half PLB board using 12mm thick PLB board and 5.50mm thick glazed door using rectangular AW.Box section of following sizes for frame and shutter with necessary accessories such as rubber beading . A1 chips Best double action floor spring .Aluminium handles on both sides floor stopper , Tower bolt locks and glass including materilas labour , power consept ion charges required for fabrication if necessary chipping ,dismantling making necessary holes in RCC coloumns, Beams or masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after foxong etc., complete . The Alimi surface must be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with is specification 1868/1962 of Anodic thickness of not less than 15 microns (fifteen) for all sections . All the materials should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before fixing as directed .

Supplying and fixing of 1000 Liters capacity HDPE tank with IS specification IS 10701/96 the tank is meant for outdoor (or)indoor use complete with removable hinged top locking arrangement and to make provision to fix water supply pipe lines, necessary man hole with cover and including all PVC specials pugs, screws nails to fix the tank etc., complete and the tank should fixed firming as directed by the departmental officers. The rate shall be inclusive of all materials, labour conveyance hoisting and fixing charges etc. (The water tank should be got approved by the EE before use on work. TWAD SOR page No : 89

Fabricating, supplying and fixing in positon of SOLID PVC DOORS with frames of different sizes as per the specifications given below: PVC door frames made out of best quality PVC extruded section of 40mm * 58 mm * 2.50 mm +/- 0.3 mm thick, having multichamber cross section and duly reinforced with steel to be mitre cut at the corners and welded including providing tie rod at the bottom and necessary weather seal etc., and PVC door shutters made out of extruded plastic section of 60 mm * 24 mm size in the configruation of an "A" section for shutter frames and multi-chamber hollow plastic section of 200 mm *200 mm*1 mm (average thickness) with tongue and groove section for panels etc., with necessary holdfasts, rubber beedings, furniture fittings, locking arrangements etc., complete including dimantling the masnery, making chippings, holes in the RCC column, beam etc., wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality of II Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Brick of size 9" x 43/8" x 23/4"for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Supplying and fixing of Cudappa Slab 50 mm tk including cost of all charges etc.

Supplying and Fixing of RCC Ring 1.20 m Dia including cost of all charges etc. complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Painting two coats for Interior surface with approved Interior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification
