Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.

Pruning, trimming, of tree branches (ht 15 feet and above) and girth up to 50cm including removal of cut materials upto 50mt. lead and as per direction of officer in charge (necessary T&P shall be arranged bythe contractor).

Cleaning of underground / Semi underground/OH or terrace water storage tanks (At all levels) both RCC and PVC including chemical treatment with Anti bacterial agent consisting of following process:-

Cleaning of water tank with high pressure cleaning machines with water jet to remove all masses and algae and fungi or dirt.

Removal of dirty water along with sludge by vacuum/suction pump and disposal for all leads

Applying of anti bacterial sterilization agents like bleaching powder or equivalent on walls, floors and roofs of tanks by spraying with high pressure jet gun.

Lettering with black Enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture , indicating date cleaned and due date of next cleaning

Note: 1. Cleaning shall be done once in six months. The rate should be inclusive of all materials labour and disposal of sludge for all means transportation and for any lead and lift, it also includes any other incidental material or labour required for completion of all the above operations as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Note 2 : All safety Gadgets like Safety Belts, Special Safety Ladder, Helmets, Heavy Duty Gum Boots, Electric Safety Gloves and Special Working Gloves, Safety Goggles, Masks, Aprons, etc. for complete security and safe operations be used by well trained operators. Storage and Cleaning equipments like Scrubbers/Wipers, Storage drums, Sludge Collectors and Cisterns, etc. must be integral part of system.
