SPECIAL REPAIRS TO SHIPS GYMNASIUM BUILDING (P-4) AT INS CHILKA UNDER GE CHILKA

Taking down existing waterproofing treatment complete of any description from brick or RCC wall and RCC slab by scrapping including removal of rubbish where directed to a distance not exceeding 100M and applying M&L water proofing treatment to roof as per per manufacturer's instructions with the following specification:-. (a) 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement including preperation of roof surfaces. (b) Applying evenly a coat of bitumineous primer @ 0.5 litre per Sqm (c) Applying evenly a coat of hot blow bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm (d) Applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weighing 3kg/sqm laid on primed surface by LPG forced torch application with a side & end overlaps of minimum 100 mm. (e) Applying evenly a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/ 25 grade @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over water proofing membrane (f) Applying a coat of bituminous based aluminium primer @ 100 gm/Sqm on top including sealing all joints by thermo fusion complete all as per manufacturer's instructions

Supply only water proofing compound.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) all as specified.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugsor SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge)minimumcompressivestrength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 andresistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of requiredsize with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately)complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC Wood grain printed door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded Wood grain printed colour PVC 'C' channel having a Wood grain printed PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and Wood grain printed colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of Wood grain printed colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable Wood grain printed 5 mm thick and 15 mm wide sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement,and decorative PVC beading 10mmx10mm(90degree)used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing as directed

S&F medium weight, stainless steel butt hinges of 100mm size, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section, length of bolt 125mm fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F extruded aluminium alloy handles, 125mm long fabricated type, anodised all as specified and as directed.
