Excavation in foundations and trenches (for pipes and pits in all depths etc.) in all lifts and in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited)and saturated soils, stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts, clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundation and trenches etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement : 6 approved sand : 12 approved quarry stone aggregate.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain within all leads and lifts

In foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings,contiliver girders, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 Metre in depth:

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like: Fliirs etc. upto 200mm in thickeness.

Staircase with sloping or stepped soffits including riser and stringers excluding landing.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 approved sand : 3 approved quarry stone aggregate.20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Foundation footings basis of columns and the like and mass concrete .

Columns,pillers, posts & struts etc .

Suspended floor roofs landing and shalves and their supports balconies, beams, garders,bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

Staircases ( except spril stair cases ) excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing upto floor two level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level. Tor steel.

1st Class Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement :6 approved sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Half brick masonry in comon burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1cement : 4 approved sand) including carriage of of all material within all leads and lifts above floor two level.

Providing wood work in frames of doors ,windows ,clerestory, windows and other frames wrought ,framed and fixed in position of second class deodar wood including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all floor levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
