Excavation over areas n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) including providing weep holes complete all as specified and as directed. (PCC bond stone shall be measured and paid seperately)

All as per ser item No 4 above but except stones complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping incl necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought up to course, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20 mm for granite or trap stone all as specified

M & L for brickwork with old size subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6

All as per ser item No 8 above but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brickwork and finished even and smooth without using extra cement

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stop ends etc complete all as speicified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F for reinforced concrete pipes, 300 mm dia, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Removing surplus spoil to exc 50 m but n exc 250 m deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m from the starting point all as specified

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs, (for man holes) chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, grider, bressumber, lintels, cantilever, sleves including supports, over hang etc also splay between floor and beams to rough finish surface of concrete flat.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 8 to 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with theincluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in floor and finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing cement concrete in steps, seismic and other similar bands, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in hieght, coping, kneeless apex stones , bed plates, kerbs not provided for including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles all as directed, 1:2:4 mix type B-0.

Roughing surfaces of old conc surfaces by picking up , sweeping,cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @3kg/Sqm including 10mm thick screeding in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound .

M&L Applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and Prvide modified polymeric five layered APP (Atactic Polypropylene ) Modified Polymeric Membrane with 100 micron high molecular high density Polythlene film. Min wt of membrane will be 3.50 kg/sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with overlap of 15 cms and side lap 75 mm (overlaps to be thermo fused by flame) and over APP applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 kg/ sqm and applying aluminium Paint all as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipe (any size or pattern), including all fittings incl removing of store and sold to contractor through credit.

Supply and fixing of 110mm dia PVC (SWR) bends for any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes double socketed in any length with rubbing ring joints pressure rating 4 kg/sqcm fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Stack clamps made out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 100/110mm bore pipe.complete all as specifiecd and directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exc 1000 & n.exc 2000 ltrs of capacity. all as specified

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ( cylindrical vertical with thread closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of capacity 2000 liters including all accessories complete all as specified .

M&L Gun metal globe of gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends of size 20mm complete all as specified and as directed.
