Installation of one High Mast Light of 16 meter with 6 nos. of 200 watt LED Flood Lights at ward no.23 Informal Market Srinagar under Asansol Municipal corporation.

Supply of 16 M high mast system with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, 2 point suspension system with steel wire rope 6 mm dia. (7/19 construction) double drum winch, Galvanized Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 8 luminaries symmetrically & its control gear boxes and lightning finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation.

Design and casting of suitable shallow foundation with M-20 concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T / Sq. Mtr. At 2 Metre depth for 16 Meter High Mast..

Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, Washers, anchor plates and templates for 16 Meter High Mast.

Supplying and delivery of 200 watt LED floodlight luminaries with pressure die cast aluminum housing, IP-66 protection, road way luminarie with high power LED as per the details technical proposal specification & vendor list attached : Phillips ( Model no. BVP 483 LED 235 CW SWB PSU GR) / Bajaj/ Crompton/ Havells or any reputed make having same Technical Specification attached.

Supply of control panel housing suitable control pannel housing suitable control circuit for the operation of the mast. It shall also consist of suitable control for the power tool motor.

Supplying of 25 Sq mm three and half core Aluminum armored cable Heavels / Phenolex make.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Earthling with 80 mm dia G.I. pipe ( TATA medium) X 3.0 mtrs long and 1X 19/8 stranded G.I. hot dip wire 4.0 mtrs long, 25 mm dia X 150 mm long galvanized bolts, double nuts, double washers including socketing at both ends of stranded G.I. hot dip wire by crimping sockets/ thimbles and supplying , fixing 40 mm dia G.I. pipe (ISI medium) protection 3.00 mtr long to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 mtrs for morrum soil.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland rubber rings for dust & moisture proof entry of 25 Sq. mm three and half core PVC armored cable .

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials(25 Sq. mm three and half core cable) .

Supplying & fixing of 50 mm. dia G.I. pipe of ISI Medium protection with necessary fittings & jointing materials as required including Bituminous Road Cutting.
