RBR-STCL-5 : Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH

TBSC-Q.II-12 Providing and applying Brush bond ( two component acrylic polymer modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane which consists of Brush bond powder and Brush bond liquid acrylic emulsion) for a minimum 2mm thickness coating. (Work shall be executed as per manufacturer’s specification and instructions.

BLD-CSTN-3-2 (22) Providing PCC Grade M10 concrete using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, labour charges, for mixing, laying, concrete, ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work complete as per drawings and technical specifications as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

BLD-CSTN-5-17-(55): Masonry work in CM (1:6) prop with Flyash Cement solid blocks of size 290x225x140mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80 kgs, cement of 15 kgs. BLD-CSTN-8-6-(81) : Plastering with 15mm thick in single coat in CM (1:4) finished smooth including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, finishing, curing, scaffolding and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., including cutting grooves where ever necessary etc., complete for finished item of work. (As per SS 903). per 1 Sqm.

TBSC-L.II-28 Providing and fixing factory made extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid white color board for cupboards and bathroom/kitchen cabinet/partitioning/wall panelling/wall cladding of required size comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension grade), Calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum door density of 650 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength 1800N (Face) & 900N (Edge), Modulus of Elasticity 900N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws all as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge (SS butt hinges and SS screws shall be paid separately) - 12mm Thick

TBSC-G.I-03 : Providing and applying Wall Putty of White Cement or Polymer or Cement based of average 1 to 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs, sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for Internal walls

Amdmt-17: Painting to walls with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 30 grams/ Lit and shade over existing base coat of water based primer of exterior grade-2 of approved brand, making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete and cost of overheads & contractors profit for finished item of work as per SS 912 for external walls.

Amdmt-15: Painting to new internal walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 30 grams/ Lit of approved brand and shade over existing base coat of approved water based Cement Primer of Interior Grade- 1 making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete and cost of overheads & contractors profit for finished item of work as per SS 912 for internal walls.

BLD-CSTN-12-12-(193): Painting with Synthetic Enamel paints - One Coat - for New Wood Work, Old Wood Work & New Iron Work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 1201, 1207 & 1212).
