The firm shall provide Maintenance of 02 nos. of NOMUS IPORT 4000 with Yagi Antenna and all installed cables at Port end another 01 system to be maintained at Railway end (Cuttack) including static IP Broadband data charges (Total 3 routers) for 24 Months. The same shall be considered as two pairs/sets for all purposes. Accordingly the payment to the contractor shall be processed basing on the number of pair/set which are in operation/available for the particular month(i.e. 1 Port with 1 Station end) even though the tender is for maintenance of two pair/two sets of routers. At present one set (1 Port & 1 Station) is in operation and shortly another new router will be added making the second set i.e. new router at Port end will interact with existing router at Station end.
