Submission of GRIHA precertification documents to certification agency as applicable, obtaining GRIHA pre & post certification for min three star rating, preparation of measurement sheets, bar bending schedule, cost per sqmtr of plinth area & carpet area priced at MES SSR 2020 rates, preparation of draft tender including BOQ, detailed estimate priced on MES SSR 2020 complete including all services (internal & external) and market rate analysis of all items of building, internal services & external services based on cost of materials/ labour of the concerned area as prevailing with supporting documents and yardstick of building portion.The scope involves design of one education building consisting of (G+1). (i) Education building = 9680.00 sqm

(vii) Develop templates for GRIHA calculations to achieve certain points, this include materials related criteria, construction of waste management at site, energy calculation etc. (viii) Conduct solar path analysis for each fenestration to achieve the best design (Shading device, Orientation etc). (ix) Perform Day light analysis to ensure optimum condition achieved as per the guidelines provided by ECBC 2007 & GRIHA rating system. (x) Perform shading Analysis for window-wall ratio, Glass properties (SHGC) & providing recommendations to meet the compliance of ECBC 2007. (xi) Perform hourly calculations to show that thermal comfort conditions for conditioned as well as non-conditioned area are achieved. (xii) Perform Energy Simulation to predict the energy performeance of energy system in the bldg is less than the benchmarked energy performance as prescribed by GRIHA. (xiii) Submit ECBC Compliance document to show that compilation of mandatory requirement of ECBC are met.

(xiv) Submission of draft specifications to comply with the relevant Criteria of GRIHA for inclusion in tender documents. (xv) Liaisoning and coordinating with GRIHA team for registration of Project, uploading relevant documents, responding to queries, observations, modifications and corrections given by GRIHA team within specified time frame and reporting client with latest update. (xvi) Complilation of all documentation requirement and formalities before conclusion of main bldg contract and obtaining pre-certification with 3 or above star rating. (xvii) Preparation of measurement sheets, bar bending schedule, cost per sqmtr of plinth area & carpet area priced at MES SSR 2020 rates and quantity of internal water supply,plumbing & internal electrification and 3D Model with list of T&P, details of Engineers and completion period to be submitted to HQ Chief Engineer Pune Zone E-8 section through CWE Deolali.

(xviii) Preparation and submission of draft tender documents & also details of material required for each floor complete including detailed estimate price on SSR 2020 complete including all services (internal & external) and market rate analysis of all items of building, internal services & external services based on cost of materials/ labour of the concerned area as prevailing with supporting documents to be submitted to HQ Chief Engineer Pune zone (xix) Acquiring of FINAL POST GRIHA (minimum 3 star rating) certification approval from GRIHA including changes in drawings / design during execution of work.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:- (a) Consultant shall have a green building specialist. Green building consultancy services will also inclde simulation, design integration and documentation apart from other planning and design parameters. (b) Consultant report shall be accompained by a certificate stating that planning, design, material and specification incorporated in the project are satisfying Green building Norms indicating targeted points/star-rating compliance. Makes of various materials as approved by GRIHA and draft specification as per GRIHA guidelines to be included in Main building Tender. (c) Immediately after issue of work order, consultant will prepare pre-certification documents for the project to be submitted to the registration agency. (d) A checklist will also be suggested by consultant, which shall be included in Main building Tender to ensure that specified Green building Norms are being complied with and same will be monitored at specified stage of the execution of work by the consultant.

(e) Consultant shall also be responsible for preparation of all documents on behalf of department and all necessary liaison with the certification agency during pre-tender planning, execution of work and till issue of 3-star rating/certificate by certification agency after completion of work including site visits, if required by personnels of the certication agency. 10% amount of total cost shall be held till allotment of final three star rating. (f) Minimum 10 Nos site visits shall be carried out by consultant during execution of main tender without any extra cost. Any extra visit will be paid as per actual expenditure incurred on visit accordingly.

PREPARATION OF DETAILED ESTIMATES Preparation of detailed estimate of building including taking off quantities and abstract as per MES SSR 2020 and item wise yard stick of building portion based on detail estimate as per SSR MES 2020 , market rates analysis and submission of details to the HQ Chief Engineer Pune Zone through GE Deolali & CWE Deolali as per approved drawings including market rate analysis of all (SSR & NON SSR) provisional items (with supporting current price list and quotation) for the above specified work including E/M & B/R services as directed GREEN BUILDING The building needs to be designed as a 'Green Building' to achieve minimum 3 star GRIHA rating. The Consultant will also hire a green building consultant who is GRIHA certified and who will be responsible for criteria laid as per Terms & Conditions' hereinafter in these documents

Design (Green Building GRIHA III) and preparation of architectural drawings, structural drawings, preparation of Schedule of Finishes, design of services including preparation of drawings for internal water and electric supply for New training block for FOG at Miltary Station Devlali, GRIHA guidlines for Green Building Norms to be followed as per Appx 'B' of E-in-C's Br letter No A/39398/Griha/pol/ E2W(PPC) dated 05 Oct 2018.(Copy enclosed). The scope involves design of one training block building consisting of (G+1). (i) Education building = 9680.00 sqm

The detailed scope of work shall involve:- (i) ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND DRAWINGS (a) Preparation of conceptual architectural drawings, three proposals with latest architectural views in 3D (on latest AUTODESK software) with relevant details like plans, elevations, section, layout plan, etc. based on data and local architectural norms. The conceptual drawings shall be submitted in duplicate hard copies for approval of the Users and E6 section of HQ CE Pune zone through CWE Deolali. Power point presentation of conceptual drawings including submission of walk through model for 5 min to be given to User at Deolali Military Station and to HQ CE Pune zone.

(b)After approval of conceptual drawings, the preparation of Architectural drawings including schedule of finishes, internal water supply and internal electric supply drawings incorporating required changes / modifications, and submit the same in four copies using BIM. The working drawings shall be on A1 or A2 size as required on standard scale and working details on standard scale as per requirements. Architectural drawings shall be got vetted from approved architect of the Consultant with council of Architectural Registration No.The final drawings shall be got approved from the E6 section of HQ CE Pune zone through CWE Deolali. The consultant shall also provide an Area statement showing the comparison of floor area and plinth areas ptovided in drawings and as given in Approximate Estimate Part- II. (c) After approval of architectural drawings, preparation and submission of structural drawings and all relevant data pertaining to design part to E2 (Design) on Building Information Modelling (BIM), Submission of approved structural drawings duly vetted from IIT/NIT on tracing sheets. Final approval of structural drawings to be taken from E2 (Design) of HQ CE Pune zone through CWE Deolali.

(d) Complete working drawings (Architectural & structural) as required for Lump sum tender including Schedule of Finishes, drawings for internal services of eletric & water supply. Complete construction drawings to be approved by concerned Directorates of HQ CE Pune zone through CWE Deolali. (e) Before submitting final documents, power point presentation on complete scope of final approved model with 5min walk through of 3D Model using any BIM software based on approved drawings with minutest details with reference to technical, architectural and functional requirements with 3D image of each floor & 3D view of whole structure to User at Deolali Military Station and to HQ CE Pune zone through CWE Deolali. (f) Submission of final documents, details, drawings on BIM including preparing of 3D Model using any BIM software based on approved drawings with 3D image of each floor & 3D view of whole structure and walk through of the building.

General conditions: STRUCTURAL DESIGN AND DRAWINGS (a) Analysis and design of the structure as per latest IS codes in design software BIM (b) Preparation of structural drawings including all details in AUTOCAD including original prints in tracing papers A1 size and submission of 5 sets of ammonia prints /white prints and one set of drawings in soft copy, copied in CD (all drawings shall be drawn to a suitable scale and shall not be printed in 'fit to scale' mode. Scale shall be clearly mentioned in the drawings. The preferred scales are as follows: (i) Main Plan 1:100/150 (ii) Details of component 1 : 25 (iii) Minor details / cross-sections of columns and beams, etc. 1: 10 (iv) Vetting of design and drawings from IIT/NIT scanned in PDF format (v) Submission of design folder (one set each of soft copy and hard copy), details of calculations, one hard copy of architectural and structural drawings, softcopy of all architectural drawings and structural drawings in AUTOCAD as well as soft copies of signed and certified.

Notes: (a) Design shall be carried out by qualified structural engineers using BIM and STAAD PRO 22 (updated) software. (b) All designed structural drawings duly vetted by IIT/NIT. (c) All provisions in the IS codes shall be strictly adhered and followed (d) The drawings shall be got approved from HQ CE Pune Zone through CWE Deolali before taking final prints . (e) The consultant shall be liable to attend the discussions and tender presentation after submission of drawings and issue required amendments drawings / corrections as directed by the Department without any extra cost. The rates quoted herein shall include the cost of any such drawings or rendering (f) The Consultant shall also visit the proposed site before carrying out design if required by him without any extra cost to the Department (g) Consultant will submit proof of payment work to IIT/NIT along with invoice raised by IIT/NIT. (h) Consultant shall also give clarification if any on design aspects during execution of work if referred by Department.

(j) Consultant shall coordinate with the various sections viz E6, E2(D), E4 and E2 (plg), E8 sections of HQ CE Pune Zone before finalizing various activities viz preparation of Architectural drawing, Structural drawing, Schedule of Finishes, internal electricfication, water supply drawings. (k) Consultant shall also give clarification if any on design aspects during execution of work if referred by department. 20% of the total amount to be retained and paid only after issue of completion certificate by GE.
