It Includes Load sensing by using precision load cell mounted on top of piston. Load Resolution: 30 N Cross head displacement resolution: 0.01 mm. Micro controller based control unit with Computer interface. Windows 7/10/11 based software with real time graph on PC. Software for strand wire testing. Supplied with latest PC. Front loading type crossheads with easy replacement of grips. Hydraulic gripping arrangement. Servo control operation to achive set load rate using MOOG, USA make precision servo valve and MCS make PID software. Clip on type strain gauge type extensometer of 500 and 600 mm gauge length and 10 mm extension with 1 micron resolution. NABL calibrartion of load and extensometers. It is with lower side tension area and upper side compression area which is more convenient for tensile testing. Changing of grips is very easy. Cylinder is mounted on top with load cell fitted on piston. Sample gripping length is 250 mm and grip design is also same as above reference machine. Any other fixture, accessories, software will be quoted against requirement. It includes Installation and Trainning and other charges. It also includes All taxes and Transportation Charges
