REGRASSING & RENOVATION OF GARDEN AT GALAGESHVAR, GALAGNATH, DIST. HAVERI, KARNATAKA FOR THE YEAR2023-24 UNDER MINOR CIVIL AND ELECTRIC WORKS (CONSERVATION OF ANCIENT MONUMENTS)
Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared and as directed etc., complete.
Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 30 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly leveling within lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manurebefore and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth or manure).
Debris clearance of the dumped stones or malba which will generate during trenching including stacking ofserviceable and unserviceable material separately and disposal of unserviceable material, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed material to be neatly dressed.
Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.
Flooding the ground with water including making kiaries and dismantling the same
Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).
Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).
Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).
Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge.
Uprooting weeds for the trenched area after 10-15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation.
Fine dressing of the ground.
Digging holes 1.20 m dia, and 1.20 m deep in ordinary soil andrefilling the same with the excavatedearth mixed with manure or sludge inthe ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts ofstacked volume of earth afterreduction by 20% : 1 part of stackedvolume of manure after reduction by8%) flooding with water, dressingincluding removal of rubbish andsurplus earth, if any, with all leads andlifts (cost of manure, sludge or extragood earth if needed to be paid forseparately).

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%:one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%),flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately).
Excavating trenches ofrequired width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, andthen returning the soil as required, inlayers not exceeding 20 cm in depth,includingconsolidatingeachdeposited layer by ramming, watering,etc. and disposing of surplusexcavated soil as directed, within alead of 50 m in All kinds of soil for Pipes, cables etc, not exceeding 80mm dia. Providing and installation of 75 mm dia PN 6 H.D.P.E. pipe ofJain / supreme / Tata / Reliance /ISI or any otherreputed brand pipe with all required fitting for installation with motor pumping set into the river as persite requirement including cost oftransportation, loading - unloadingand with all charges of plumbing workat site for the job in complete.
Providing andinstallation of 5 HP, horizontal open well submersible motor pump set three phase,(Texmo / KSB / CRI / Crompton Greaves / or any otherequivalent ISI marked brand) with required headrange anddischargerange and outlet size suitableforthe riverincludingallotherchargesfor installation with wooden stand.
Providing andinstallation penal boardsuitable for 5HP, horizontal open well submersible motor pump set three phase containingstarter, voltmeter, ampere meter to befixed on 18 mm ply board with nut boltto fix/ hang on wall / MS cabin alongwith 32 amp main switch including thelabour / electrician and other chargesalong with other required articles forcomplete installation. Make L&T, BCH, Texmo any other standard made ISI mark.
Providing & lying 4 sqmm, 3 corecopper cable (Finolex, Havells or any other equivalent ISImarked brand) for the electricconnection from the open well submersible pump to penalboard.
Providing & installation of 30mm H.D.P.E. pipe for laying the cable in the installed open well submersible motor pumping set for safety measures to avoid cable cuts and the rate are inclusive of labor charges.
Providing 38mm dia hose pipe (Dutron / Canaflex of any reputedbrand at site including cost oftransportation, loading and unloading.
Providing and stacking of Cestrum nocturnum (Raatki Rani) of height 60-75 cm. with 4-5 branches in bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
Providing and stackingof Coconut Palm of height 150-165cm. in big poly bags of size 25 cm asper direction of the officer-in-charge.
Providing and stacking of Hibiscus rosasinensis of height 60-75 cm. with 5-6 branches in poly bag ofsize 25 cm as per direction of theofficer-in-charge.
