Dismantling weather proofing old bitumen felt or App membrane sheets at all levels and cleaning the surface including disposal of rubbish to the dumping yard within 50 metres lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old weather proofing materials such as brick bat coba or foam and screed concrete at all levels and cleaning the surface including disposal of rubbish to the dumping yard within 50 metres lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Dismantling tile work (thickness of tile up to 25mm) in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar at all levels and cleaning the surface including disposal of rubbish to the dumping yard near the building at ground level as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Conveying the surplus excavated earth and debris, boulders and spoils by mechanical means and disposing at places inside DAE complex identified as dumping yard / KKM dumping yard as per requirement within a lead of 5Km. Including loading, unloading breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer- in- charge. Note:-1. The rates in respect of this item are applicable NET quantities arrived after making deduction for voids @20% in respect of soil/house keeping waste and 50% in respect of rock/light and heavy jungle waste from the corresponding stack/truck measurements. 2. The earth shall be dumped well inside the dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

The Surface shall be free from sharp projections & undulation, ridges or troughs, etc. The substrates shall be free of laitance, loose or foreign materials, debris and all contaminants by mechanical means using grinding. Sealing all visible cracks by with PMM using TOP SBR. Making of angle fillets all around the periphery of the parapet wall with polymer modified mortar using , TOP SBR, cement and sand in the ratio of 1:4:2 Parts by weight, all as per manufacturers' specifications and requirement, etc, complete. Waterproofing treatment: 1) Primer Coat: Supply and application of fast drying high performance Moisture insensitive epoxy primer TOP PRIME ER 40 master seal on the waterproofing area both horizontal and vertical at a consumption of 500gms/sq.m by lamb woll roller.The primer shall form effective bond on the substrate. 2) Waterproofing Coat: Providing & applying 100% Solids content, 2 component, solvent free, liquid hot applied elastomeric seamless hybrid polyurethane Membrane TOP HYPUR 140 of M/s.Confix India, by special automatic plural component high pressure spray machine with a total consumption of min 2 kg/m2 to form a total system DFT of min 1.8 mm thickness,having Tensile strength > 10 Mpa, Elongation 450%, Bond strength > 2.8 Mpa, crack bridging > 4 mm & Shore A Hardness > 75 tear strength 20n/mm, puncture resistance 450N and has a excellent root resistant property. The membrane shall be applied on horizontal surfaces and on verticals upto full height of parapet wall. 3) Ponding: Allow the coating to air cure for 7 Days,thereafter fill water upto 50mm depth and do pond test for 48 Hrs.

Providing and fixing the Geo textile 300GSM laid over the dried spray PU coated are a mainly below the screed concrete area etc., complete.

Providing the coating on the floor area by screeding with 1:2:4 screed concrete with 10mm down aggregate admixed with crystalline based integral water proofing admixture CERA CRYSTALLINE INTEGRAL / Conplast / SIKA WT - 215P @0.8% by weight of cement to an average thickness of 50mm depending on the downtake pipes available including applying one coat bonding polymer modified mortar 1:2 (1 cement 2 sand ) admixed with CERA LATEX SBR / FOSROC NITO BOND SBR / SIKA additive @ 3kg per bag of cement over the prepared surface at an elevation upto (+) 28M above the ground level and all locations, as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

VERTICAL AREA (Parapet Wall / Upstands) UV stable aliphatic Top Coat: TOP COAT TC is a protective finishing coat on waterproofing membranes with high resistance to abrasion and UV rays, it may be applied using a roller or Brush at a consumption of 300 gms/Sq.M to make sure that it is applied evenly to get a good, attractive finish.

Providing plastering in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand admixed with CERA LATEX SBR / FOSROC NITO BOND SBR / SIKA additive @ 3Kg per bag of cement, 20 mm thick at an elevation upto (+)28M above the ground level including all elevations including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, all as per specifications.

Grouting the high strength POLYURETHANE with adjustable setting time TOP INJEKT 70 – Providing & Fixing the 14 mm diameter mechanical Packers with non- return arrangements - including drilling holes, fixing packers, sealing leak paths, injecting TOP INJEKT 70 high strength polyurethane resin, using Single or Double component pneumatically operated injection pump at variable pressure as per the requirement and direction of engineer in charge. Includes labour, Machinery charges, oil and other consumables like adaptors flexible pipes, removing packers after injection, grinding etc., complete. Note: The consumption of grout material measured for bill is the actual quantity of intake during grouting. Wastages during grouting process and other wastages are not considered for measurement
