PROVIDING AND FITTING BY WAY OF REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED / WORNOUT PARTS OF 400 AMPERE LT CONTROL PANEL AT PUMPING STATION SALMAY (NEW).

Providing and fitting by way of replacement of damaged / wornout parts of 400 ampere rating 415v, 3 phase LT control panel cum fault analyzer cum star delta auto starter-2nos. installed at pumping station Salmay (New). The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panels and shifting the same to workshop. Replacement of damaged panel box enclosure, damaged components of CB4SA guardian unit, damaged MNX400 ampere-2nos. with corresponding new components of same rating and specification. Job also includes replacement of damaged components of standby unit by way of extraction of damaged box enclosure, aluminum strips / bus bar, damaged components of CB4SA guardian unit, damaged MNX400 ampere-1no. with corresponding new components of same rating and specifications. Assembling both the units, shifting back to site, fitment, making electrical connections and testing of the equipment, without load and thereafter on full load. Job also includes providing and fitting of link set-2nos. at Salmay stage-0 and stage-1st (New) by way of removing of damaged link set from HT side of transformer and then providing and fitting of new link sets-2nos. Making all the electrical connections and testing the system on load. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
