Construction of Mini Community Sanitary Complex at Panchayat Union Primary School Campus in Kulasekarankottai Village of Chathirapatti Panchayat in Kuruvikulam Panchayat Union.

Earthwork excavation in all classes of Soils and Sub soils except hard rock requiring blasting including initial lead and lift, dressing the excavation upto bed level for Foundation as SS 20 B specification etc., complete - Foundation.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing concrete etc., complete - Foundation/Base Concrete.

Brick work with cement mortar 1:5 mix using Country bricks for Foundation, Basement and Superstructure inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for curing and other incidental charges etc ,complete - Superstructure Masonry works.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm 155 HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all maerials to site and all labour charges for moxing concrete, placing, ramming, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, consolidation and Curing etc., complete as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying and fabrication of Steel Fe 415/500 grade required for all RCC item of works involved including fabrication and labour charges for Cutting, bending, tying, placing in position, includes overlaping length wherever required etc., complete

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to drv for atleast 48 hours. It

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg./sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with Coloured Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The Glazed tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution. (Tiles size 150mm x150mm x6mm)

Distembering two coats Oil Bound Distember over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for preparing the surface, scrapping, attaining smooth finish etc., complete (Inner Ceiling/wall sides)

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete - Interior & Exterior wall faces.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of 14 all materials to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing concrete etc., complete Base Concrete
