Construction of 125 mm Machine drilled Community Bore well

Drilling of 125mm dia water well in collapsible strata, conglomerate, Boulder, Gravel, Pebbles, Silt, Clay, Rock, Whatsoever formation encountered, using 115mm dia. ODEX/DTH method and exploration of Ground Water by tapping sufficient aquifer Zones below ground level with simultaneous lowering of 125mm dia. M.S plain ended pipe duly chamfered/ beveled and welding face to face, the job includes all charges on account of shifting of drilling accessories, tools, attachment, bits, drilling foam, water hauling arrangements POLS, consumable, both skilled and unskilled laborers reqd. The job includes the cost of casing driving shoes of adequate hardness, BHN suitable for all strata. It also includes the cost of development of well with suitable air compressor to clean the tapped water from all suspended impurities. The job includes the cost of slotting and lowering of the requisite casings up to the drilled depth. The specifications of the bore well shall be as under; Min. dia of the each bore well …… 125 mm Dia. of MS pipe to be used …… 125 mm Class of pipe …… “C” Class confirming to IS:1239 (Part-I)-2004, Equivalent to BS-1387/1985 Sample collection of strata to be collected for examination …………. After every 10 ft. Drilling/ boring method to be used…. Air Rotary (preferably) Job also includes, providing, fitting and lowering of 125 mm Dia (Nominal) MS Casing Pipe. The Pipe shall be plane and beveled ended. The pipe shall be lowered up to the desired level BGL. The average length of each pipe shall not exceed 3.00 Mts. The welding electrodes used for welding the pipe shall confirm to relevant IS codes.

Providing and laying of circular cement block of 1.5 m dia and 0.3 m (1ft) deep in a mix of 1:3: 6 to adequate the strength to act as sanitary block for the well , in order to make it robust to resist shock load observed while pumping . The block comprises of mud mat of 4 inch height and then laying of 8 inch cement concrete with suitable drainage

Supply, Installation , Testing & Commissioning of Submersible Pumping Equipment(1hp) single phase to be lowered in the well as per the following specifications PUMP:- Make = KSB/ CRI /Kirloskar/crompton Discharge = 1000 GPH Head = 35 M Speed = 2900 Rpm Type of pump = Mixed flow MOTOR:- Make = KSB/CRI/ /Kirloskar /Crompton Rating = Suitable for above parameter Method of starting= Automatic Speed = 2900RPM. Voltage = 415 + 15 % Class of insulation = Suitable for above rating. METERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION: Casing wearing ring=Bronze Discharge casing =Iron grade FG 200 Impeller =Bronze/SS/plastic Pump Bowl =Iron grade FG 200 Pump Shaft = Chromium steel

Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of 40mm Dia G I / PVC column pipes (class B) (as per IS: - 1239 part 1) of length of 30 meters duly flanged with submersible flanges. The job includes providing and fitting of bends, bolts, nuts and washers required for complete job

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of 2.5 mm submersible cable of Havells / L & T make to be used from submersible pumping unit in well to starter switch.

Providing and fitting of 2.5 mm PVC copper wire for inter connections and service line

Providing and fixing of electrical components such as control panel and 5 KV stabilizer of standard quality.
