Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:In cement mortar

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead : Of area beyond 3 sqm.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete at window sills, ceiling level and the like:1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand).Nallah

20mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Carriage of material by M.T incl loading/unloading & stacking complete

Sand /Stone agg. below 40 mm nominal size avg. lead 10 km by MT & 150 Mtr by H.L
