Property Tax and water Department. (Property survey through drone,water connection survey and verification) -Carrying out all detail work mentioned in scope of work as per section (6B) (Rs.223/- INR Fixed by DMA wid Letter Dated-04/02/2020)

Providing, Development,Deployment Property Tax Assessment,water billing and Collection Software for property tax department and water department. Training and capacity building of Municpal Staff for one Year as per section mentioned in the tender doc. (6E-I,II,III)

Providing Annual Operation & maintenance and Supply for the property tax dept and water dept as providing yearly tax/bill collection postings, Bills of taxes, demand registers and collection register etc with preprinted multicolor stationary and maintaining the database, etc as per tender document scope of work for 5 Years as per section (6F-I to X)

Providing mobile tablet devices ,bluetooth printer, hardware with warranty and one year on site servise against any fault.Training and Capacity building for Municipal Staff as per section(6F-XI)

Maintainance of the all above software and the Database,installation-reinstallation as Required by Municipal Council,Upgradation of Software and Database for reconciliation of the Next Financial year for one year as per section (6G)
