Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405., including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90-1.20 kg/sqm (zero point nintey -one point twenty kilograme/square meter) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (Zero point twenty five to zero point thirty kilogram per square metre) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre) thick compacted thikness bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing and average output of 75 mtr tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.5 (five point five) percent or mix and filler including Zycotherm @ 0.10% (Zero pint ten percent) of weight of bitumen transporting the Hot mix to work site laying with a hydro static paver finisher with sensor control to requred grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction binder as per MORTH specfication clause No. 509. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes., including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
