Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 Graded Brick Aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors (SOR-2022 Item No. 280).

First class brick work 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work (SOR-2022 Item No. 37).

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M20 grade in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5.
