b. Mandating satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for any construction work to an extent of 25% of the cost of the work for Rs.7.30 lakhs.

3.1.1 (a) To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period Achieved in at least one financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.29.00 lakhs (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract).

Assessed available tender capacity -AxNx5-B where A -Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25) (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B-Value, at 2025-26 price level of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 06/12 years (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited) Note -The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent

d ) Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.8.70 lakhs (credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc. (usually 30% of the amount of contract)
