Pointing the cut stone joints with Lime Mortor1:1.5 20 mm deep using red and yellow oxide and including cost of special tiles such brush and watering, curing etc complete, as per standard specifications. The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works.

Carfully Disamantling to the Floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with mosaic tiles / glazed tiles / cuddapah slabs etc.. Std specification (22/38G)

Clean removal of old paint from the surface of wooden door and Painting old wood work with two coats of enamel paint of approved quality and color over one coat of white primer in all floors the rates is to include cost of all materials, brushes scaffolding charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with Lime mortar 1:2,12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges,curing etc,complete complying with standard specifications.The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works.

Scraping the old paint and Painting two coat with approved water based Exterior Emulsion over the cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including clearing preparing the surface curing in all floors including brushes etc., complete as per specification.

Painting with multicolour (Panchavarnam) good Emulsion paints complete for the Vinamans/Gopurams, inculding cost and conveyence of all materials, lobour charges inculdinf Artist painter, working in heights, lifting of material, cost of brushes etc, complete-which including all extra for foldings-100sft, superficial area.

Repairs to sudhai vigrahams in the vimanams and Rajagopurams with galvanised iron rod reinforcement of suitable dia with binding wires wherever necessary, shaping the core with broken bricks set in Lime Mortor 1:1.5 finishing the same with Lime Mortor 1:1.5 bringing to the correct shape (Lakshana) in conformift with silpa sastra inclusive of special ornaments, wiapons, peedam etc., complete and providing C.M. Nayam theervai wherever necessary. inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials, such as cement broken bricks, and G.I. rods.binding wire all labour for working in heights, curing lifiting of materials etc., complete including cement painting 2 coats over a primary coat (one vigraham is accountable with one head, 4 hands with weapons, ornamental costumes etc., as per prathima lakshans, Vigraham height is measurable from the crown top to the bottom of foot only If peetam is pt\rovided the rate with peetam may be adopted as datailed hereunder)
