M & L for joint free, coloured, non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 for mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring / paving / plinth protection including finishing surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement/ translucent sheets (corrugated/semi-corrugated) in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge or thickness at any position or similar pattern of roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of BMT of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Gap between galvalume sheet and wall is to be filled by PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate. The PCC will be measured and paid separately.

S & F 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet BMT of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and dircted.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in cover slabs for manholes etc. and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick endura digital tiles, heavy duty for high traffic of size 300 mm x 300 mm non skid acid proof and scratch resistance, fixed with 3 mm MS spacer and filled with grout, breaking strength should not be less than 1700N as in floor jointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and as per direction of manufacterer`s instruction.
