Comprehensive maintenance and repair of 910 KVA - 02 NOs DG Set including replacement of defective parts/ fitting inclunding all required electrical and mechanical Spares required for smooth functioning of DG sets during the entire contract period. Make- Cummins Note:1. (01 service visit monthly + unlimited Breakdown visit If require during the contract period) and covered panel side, contactor, relay, battery charger, under voltage relay, over voltage relay, and engine side fuel filter and ring, LO filter,oil filter, air filter , fit insrt with O ring,fit element with O ring,self starter, hose pipe set, clip, controller etc. for each DG Sets. 2.Contractor is required to enter in to MOU with M/s Cummins Pvt Ltd. The contractor shall upload scanned copy of MOU with M/s Cummins Pvt Ltd alongwith his application in Cover No 01 and also submit hard copy of MOU with his application before the last date for bid submission failing which Cover 02 shall not be opened and No claim what so ever on this account shall be entertained. The service Engineer from M/s Cummins Pvt Ltd (original OEM) will visit the System minimum one time in a month and will submit inspection report to the Engr-in-Charge. Necessary repair action will be taken immediately if/as required and periodical maintenance of DG Sets will be carried out by contactor as per technical instructions OEM. 3.Spare parts to be replaced as listed in sch 'A' to be measured and paid seperately as supply only. Fixing charge is deemed to be included in item No. 01. 4. Any items not covered under as supply only shall be deemed to be included in this section for the smooth functioning of DG Sets and the contractor may quote the rate accordingly. Contractor is expected to inspect the DG Sets before quoting the rate. 5. Contractor shall be attending complaints round the clock i.e. 24 hrs. If contractor is not able to rectify the complaint, panelty shall be charged as given below:- (a) upto 12 Hrs- NIL (b) 13 to 24 Hrs - Rs 1000/- (c) Subsequency for every days - Rs 2000/- per day

Note for item no 05 to 07-. •1.(a) Contractor shall ensure UPS are working properly at NCN Data Cenre and no call pending in branch. (b) Checking of power supply source for proper grounding/earthing and safety of equipment. (c) Ensuring that the covers, screws, switches etc. are firmly fastened in respect of each equipment. (d) checking of voltage level, periodically checking earthing of the UPS, lodging complaints with OEM in case of UPS is down (e) Repair/Replacement of card (f) The quoted rate also include (01 service visit monthly + unlimited Breakdown visit If require during the contract period) and covered AC Capacitor,DC Capacitor,switchgear,power module etc. 2.Contractor is required to enter in to MOU with M/s ABB/Delta or authorised dealer. Note:- 1 (a) Three preventive Maintenance Calls shall be provided during the contract period of Nine Month. They shall be as per dates and time provided by user during normal working hours ( Monday to Friday between 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM). (b)Checking the chiller system, comprising of the refrigeration plant, and their respective motors and starters. (c) Health checkup of the system including spare part replacement (Labor) if any parts found faulty at the time of maintenance by our service engineer. (d) Checking / rectifying of alignments of couplings in direct driven components. (e) Free replacement of defective / worn out parts with new or repaired parts for compressor will be based on our assessment. (f) Inspection of the safety and operating controls for proper operation. (g) Leak testing and rectifying leaks in the refrigeration system if any at the time of maintenance by our service engineer. (h) Checking the plant performance in relation to indoor room temperatures. (i) Checking the System Refrigerant Pressures, Water Pressure, Delta Pressures, and Temperatures etc. Water flow if required on the Condenser and Evaporator will be checked. (j) Checking the Input Voltage and component amps etc. (k) Compressor will be checked for its proper working/ readjustment if necessary. Attending break down calls and trouble diagnosis. (l) Water cleaning of condenser coil fins in air cooled condenser systems. (m) Repairs / Overhaul of the components of the plant if possible to avoid replacement. (n) Checking the performance of the air cooled condenser fans. (o) Microprocessor control panel, control boards, transducers of packaged chillers/ condensing unit will be checked for their correctness and replaced if necessary. (p)Advising plant operating personnel about possible improvement in method of operation.

2. The quoted rate include comprehensive maintenance, including attending All major/minor breakdown like repair/replacement of compressor ,fan motor,replacement of defective/wornout parts,leak testing and rectifying leak,De-scaling of heat exchanger if requirtedrefrigerant piping,ducting pipe,duct insulation,gas chqarging. The quoted rate include the periodical washing of filters as per OEM recommendations. , replacement/ rewinding of motors and pumps, electrical contactor and relays, repair and replacement of filters etc, required for smooth operation of Chiller plant system shall be provide by contractor at his own cost as per the OEM instructions. 3. The qouted rates also includes cost of spares and labour (as recommended by the OEM during inspection/analysis report) shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost and rate for the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rates of item as above. 4. Cost of refrigerant gas and compressor oil will be included in quoted rate. 5. Contractor is required to enter in to MOU with M/S Swegon Blue box Pvt Ltd. The contractor shall upload scanned copy of MOU with M/S Swegon Blue box Pvt Ltd alongwith his application in Cover No 01 and also submit hard copy of MOU with his application before the last date for bid submission failing which Cover 02 shall not be opened and No claim what so ever on this account shall be entertained. The service Engineer from M/S Swegon Blue box Pvt Ltd (original OEM) will visit the System minimum one time in a month and will submit inspection report to the Engr-in-Charge. Contractor is required to enter in to MOU with M/S Hitachi or authprised dealer of Hitachi Company. The contractor shall upload submit scanned copy of MOU with M/S Hitachi alongwith his application in Cover No 01 and also submit hard copy of MOU with his application before the last date for bid submission failing which Cover 2 shall not be opened and No claim what so ever on this account shall be entertained. The service Engineer from M/S Hitachi will visit the VRV/VRF System minimum one time in a month and will submit inspection report to the Engr-in-Charge. Necessary repair action will be taken immediately if/as required and periodical maintenance of plant will be carried out by contactor as per technical instructions OEM. 5.Contractor shall be attending complaints round the clock i.e. 24 hrs. (c) Health check up of the system including spare part replacement (Labor) if any parts found faulty at the time of maintenance by our service engineer. (d) Checking / rectifying of alignments of couplings in direct driven components. (e) nspection of the safety and operating controls for proper operation. (f) Leak testing and rectifying leaks in the refrigeration system if any at the time of maintenance by our service engineer. (g) Checking the plant performance in relation to indoor room temperatures. (h)Checking the System operating pressure and desired super heat. (i) Checking the Voltage and component amps. (j) Attending break down calls and trouble diagnosis. (k) Water cleaning of condenser coil fins in air cooled condenser systems. (l) Repairs / Overhaul of the components of the plant if possible to avoid replacement. (m) Checking the performance of the air cooled condenser fans. (n) Checking the Microprocessor Parameter settings in respect to model configuration. (o)Advising plant operating personnel about possible improvement in method of operation.
