Dismantling Strctural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails braces etc.complete drilled for fixing of sheeting or other covering.doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting, handing, also fastening & fixing and also for other similar works steel confirming to Fe 410w (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified.

M&L for necessary welding in repairs to metal surfaces including cleaning and preparation of the existing surface of any type, any thickness of metal and any type of welding exceeding 2.5 cm but n. Excedding 5 cm in length including grinding if required to match the existing surface all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts of struts (wood steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground (Natural ground/concrete, brick work) full length of post to be measured complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of chain link fencing wire mesh or any type including barbed wire fencing, folding servicable fencing for reuse complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) each n. exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc. 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50cm and making good surface in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as spd.

S&F for mild steel work as in angle for posts or stuts in fencing and framed work in good incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc incl all necessary bolting or reviting etc complete all as specified

S&F 16 mm Diameter mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut , length of bolt exc. 5 cm but n. exc. 10 cm long all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing with 50 x50 mm nominal pitch of wire of any size.complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires,any mesh,size and type of standreds,rails,staning bolts,etc. including provision of binding wire

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc fixed as in repairs as directed

Demolition of stone/boulder /PCC Block masonry, pre cast concrete articles and pre cast conrete block/stone walling built in cement mortar all as spd and directed by Engr -in charge.

M&L pre cast cement concrete(1:3:6), type C-1 (20mm crushed store graded aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6complete all as specified as and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster or lime mortar in any description including raking out joints hacking for scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on any faces of block masonry or concrete surfaces of wall in CM (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for stone walling of random ruble uncoursed, well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted built in CM1:6,complete all as specified.

Ditto all as per item No 17 above but except stone (Note :- Some qty of Stone will be reused from demolition).

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygnal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4.complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x200x7mm thick (Square/rectangular) in vertical surfaces over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match the surface of tiles complete all as spd.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/Rectangular) of size 450 mm X 350 mm in vertical surcaces etc. over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match the surface of tiles complete all as spd.

M&L for 20 mm thick machine cut Granite tiles of any type, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including griding and polishing complete all as spd.

M&L for Pre polished chequred cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings type B1 1:2:4 (12.50mm aggrigate) set in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide & n. exc 1.5 mtr depth; for foundations, etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC nominal mix Type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg) 1:2:4 as Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for returning filling including spreading, leveling, watering & well rammed in layers n. exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L for removing excavated soil n.exc 50Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

S&F TMT Bars 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F TMT Bars but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&Lf or formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter flat fair finished surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for prepration of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as spd.

Preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified.

S&F for Mild steel Round bars 10mm dia and over, Fe-410-W or (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe 290(Gde E-165)cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Road Sign Boards of any description and sizes and making good the distrubed surface complete all as specified

S&F Retro reflective sign board made out of 3mm thick ACP Sheet of size (3x2 feet) and stracture frame of ACP sheet made out of stainless steel round pipe of 25mm dia and 1.5mm thick. The stracture frame be fitted to 2 legs of length 2.5m made out of stainless steel round pipe of 50mm dia and 2 mm thick. Including both side letter writing in block letter, Roman or Italic of hight 10cm but n.exc 30 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Schedule of credit for Rs. 56,980.00 (Rupees Fifty Six thousand Nine hundred eighty only) to be deducted on acceptances of bid.Details of Schedule of credit is given in tender documents
