Charges for Laying of OFC Cable and HDPE Pipes by clamping in the open trench. Including Clamping accessories, etc., Clamping in a distance of less than 1 Mtr. OFC cable will be supplied by Port.

Charges for fixing of M.S. Panel Boxes (by making suitable Steel Stand for the outdoor Box including fixing of Stand with PCC Foundations. Including all necessary Materials). Also installation of UPS, Power Board, N.W. Switch, and etc., Connecting Cables and Commissioning. M.S. Panel Boxe will be supplied by Port.

Charges for erection of 12 Meter Steel Tubular Poles after fixing Climbing Strips and necessary other modifications with bed bolts and PCC. Foundations Minimum 60cm B X 60 cm W X 125 cm depth (80 cm below ground and 45cm above ground). (Including PCC. Materials). Fixing of PTZ Camera in the Poles including supply suitable clamps, Connecting Cables and Commissioning with earth bolt and earth connections with bare GI conductor in coil arrangement. Pole will be supplied by Port.

Supply & installation of suitable patch cord (Min. 3mtr.) and Pig Tail SC type for looping and interconnection of equipments, compatible to Industry standard IEC 61754/TIA/EIA

Supply & laying of suitable ISI standard GI pipe in road crossing by road cutting to a depth of 300 mm and laying of GI and finishing with concrete to the road level Necessary rubber bushes to be provided in the ends of the GI pipe for easy movement of OFC cables and to prevent rodents G.I. pipes should be of medium duty class having diameter of 65 mm./40mm. The G.I. Pipes should conform to IS 554/1985 (revised upto date) IS 1989 (Part-I), 1900 Sockets (revised upto date) & IS 1239 (Part-II) 1992 (revised upto date).

Splicing for termination of OFC cable

Laying of HDPE pipe with OFC cable in trench by excavating earth at a depth of 1 mtr Necessary cushioning and cable should be covered for protection and refilling the trench and make good. HDPE pipe will be provided by Port.
