SITC of heavy duty exhaust fans (for 320 KVA DG Room) with specifications as follows: Air Delivery-25,200 m³/Hr Speed- 700 RPM Power- 1200 Watts Phase- 3 P Impeller dia- 900 mm Noise Level- 68 db The Exhaust fans shall be totally enclosed, continuously rated, highly efficient heavy duty motor with pressure die cast aluminium rotor mounted on two ball bearings. The Exhaust fan shall have aerodynamically contoured blades to handle maximum air with minimum power consumption. It shall have rigid frame with rubber mounting for silent operation. The exhaust fan shall be epoxy powder coated with specially pretreated components for better resistance to corrosion. Degree of protection against dust and water entry shall be IP55.

Fabrication of MS framework in which the exhaust fans shall be fitted duly fabricated out of ISA 40x40x5 which shall be grouted with steel dash fasteners on the slab and walls of the DG room/oxygen plant room for proper support and griping. The job further includes painting of steel frame with two coats of metallic Red Oxide primer followed by two coats of metallic paint of approved shade.
Providing and laying of 4 core 2.5 sqmm copper cable duly laid in PVC channels from exhaust fans to nearest power supply connection.
Providing and fitting of 16 Ampere TPN MCCB for operation of Exhaust fans
