Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in in soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, approved earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick, complete all as sspecified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil etc not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC, RCC or PVC) , set in cement mortar and disposal of unservicable materials and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tasted; in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reiforced concrete pipe, class NP2, Laid and jointed complete with collars 300mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping, channel, benching of manhole laid to shape and slope and finished even and smooth using extra cement including weathering, throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonary built in Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium, Plain, Powder Coated tile Ceiling System:Supply & Fixing of Tile Ceiling System manufactured by M/s. Hunter Douglas India Pvt. Ltd. and equvalent as in gate pillars, comprising of Tile of 600mm wide and 600mm long / 600mmx1200mm manufactured out of 0.7mm thick Aluminium Alloy 3105. The metal ceiling panels shall be downward accessible with a minimum of four (4) torsion springs per panel . The Tile will be manufactured on advanced CAD/CAM equipment that includes several levelling stages in the manufacturing process. panel with two side legs die formed and two end legs die formed and punched to receive torsion springs (min two springs each end or side) for secure engagement into Tee Grid main runners which are factory punched to receive torsion springs. Tiles will be square edged. The metal ceiling panels shall be downward accessible with a minimum of four (4) torsion springs per panel. The Tile shall be Polyester powder coated in white colour.Main Runners: 24mm deep, inverted “Tee” sections, 3.6m long, with factory punched flanges to receive torsion spring assembly. Main Tee on center spacing to match panel length.Cross Runners: 24 mm deep, inverted “Tee” sections designed to interlock in to web of main tee section on designated spacing. Cross tee length to match panel length. M&L for preparing new Steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and evenly applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of redoxide complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.
