Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thickness of Floor finish & dadooing walls in cement mortar with Mosaic Tiles / Glazed Tiles / Clay Tiles / Cuddapah Slabs

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 12mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) 10mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Painting 2 coats with approved cement paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete.

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Paving the floor with design antiskid ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305mm x 305 mm x 6mm in all floor aver a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20 mm thick laid in situ and pointed with same coloured cement.

Supply & fixing of PVC Panelled door Shutters Hollow Type - 200mm x 20mm panels with 1mm wall thickness for panels and styles and rails of suitable size with 2mm wall thickness suitably reinforced using MS Angle / Flat including cost of necessary aluminium hinges and other furniture fittings

Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm White/Color glazed earthen ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with Sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two Sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to CI soil pipes (including the cost of 100mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).
