Dismantling old plaster or skirting upto 15 mm thickness, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster upto two floor level including disposal of rubbish within 50 meters lead and including scaffolding etc.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand)

Providing and applying 1.0 mm thick white cement based wall putty of best quality,over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand or manufactur

Brick work with chimeny brick of class designation 4.0 in including the cost of scaffolding in : Cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in toe walls, stepped seating

Providing and Laying Cement Concrete Grade M-20 with 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, mixing shall be in mechanical mixer, laying with paver compacting by use of pin, plate / screed vibrators including form work by strong steel girders fixed by spikes, separation membrane 125 micron thick, including cutting of joints @ 4 to 5 m interval and filling it with hot applied bituminous sealant (without dowel bars) (max. thickness 20 cm)
