Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Capabilities of Vendor

All Tenderer shall provide the requested information accurately and in sufficient detail in Section 3: Qualification information.

Others -- Contractor Shall submit the Qualification information in Prescribed Forms

CLASS-I Electrical License

Others -- License issued by Dept of Electrical Inspectorate Karnataka

Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2019-20 to 2023-24, achieved in at least two financial years minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of Electrical works only) of Rs.322.00 lakhs

Others -- Turnover Certified should be issued by the Charted accountant (With profit loss statement with UDIN)

Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2019-20 to 2023-24, satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature of work like Supplying and Commissioning of Pumpset/Motor work value not less than Rs.80.50 lakhs ,as a prime contractor.

Others -- Work done Certificate issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive EngineerOthers -- Work done certificate should include E-procurement indent number

Executed in one year in the last five years i.e., 2019-20 to 2023-24, the following minimum quantities of work 1)Supplying and Erection of Pumps and Motors 700 HP and above-1 No 2)Supplying and Erection of 33 KV 1000 KVA Copper wood outdoor Transformer-1 No

Others -- Work done Certificate issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or EquivalentOthers -- Work done certificate should include E-procurement indent number

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than amount Rs. 48.30 lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ Banker certificates from scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.(As per Clause No 3.3b)

Others -- Credit lines/ letter of credit/ Banker certificates issued by scheduled banks

ESI & EPF Registration Certificate

Others -- Registration Certificate issued by the Labour Department
