PROVN OF TERM CONTRACT FOR AFW WORK AT OFFICE AND RESIDENTIAL AREA OF PCDA(NC) JAMMU UNDER GE AIR FORCE JAMMU

To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained in and also those referred to the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here in after and also those referred to as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of 365 days from the acceptance of this contract or from the date given in Accepting letter at the rates contained in MES schedule subject to contractors %age as given in BOQ. OR (b) At such rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62 (G) of IAFW-2249 OR
