Disconnecting electric connections from LT control panel and starter of submersible pump set of size 2 to 15 HP and removing the pipe line connections from discharge side and taking down/out submersible pump set along with column pipe from bore well with the help of chain pully block including transportation to workshop for repairs and back and lowering of same pump in bore well after repairs after replacement of rusted nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc including testing & commissioning complete all as specified and directed (Note : Serviceability of pumpset after repair shall be got tested by EIC before re-installation and lowering. Each pump maintenance/functionality/serviceability will be covered for one year after satisfactory repair and if pump motor winding brunt out in the contract period or within defect liability period of one year, the same will carried out by contractor Free of cost at his own arrangement. A BOO will be ordered for checking of serviceability & functionality of pump after repair from work shop and the same will be kept on record dully signed & concurred by GE. These aspect will be considered during quoting rates per unit (Each Job)

Disconnecting electrical connections from panel board including disconnecting the cable leads from the motor terminal box and taking down/out electric motor of any capacity and makes from base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts etc and Dismantling of the induction/Submersible motor and seperate the stator and rotor and removing the Unserviceable DE & NDE side bearing, burnt winding wire from stator and rewinding the same as per existing supper enamelled copper wire with gauge 'F' class insulation used including varnishing and heating for drying of winding, transporting the motor to workshop for repair and back, re-installed after repair including testing complete all as specified and directed (Note : (i) Bidder will quote all in all rate according to weight of copper rewinding retrieved after dismentling and mode of measurement of the item is in "KG" only for all the repair/overhandling. Please quote rate accordingly, no any extra cost will be paid by Govt. (ii) A BOO conveyed for working out old unserviceable copper winding quantity details of each pump and the same replaced with new super enamel copper wire of suitable gauze as per old pumps make and submit serviceability / functionality of pumps.

(iii) Transportation/freight charges for shifting of pump to workshop and recieved back in the laying/installation place as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be deemed included in quoted rate. (iv) Old unserviceable brunt copper winding wire shall be contractor's property and accodingly unit rate by contractor shall be treated as included od unserviceable copper winding recieved by him during repair/over hauling.

Disconnecting electric connection and De-coupling the Centrifugal pump and removing from foundation for repair after opening /cutting the rusted nuts, bolts etc and dismantling complete pump and repairing the same with replacing the following unserviceable spare parts i.e. CI Casing wear ring, interstage ring, stuffing box bush, lentern ring, eye bolt with nut, shaft sleeve, impeller key, coupling key, water liquid reflector, bearing cartridge, bearing plate, shaft bush, MS stud with nut, mechanical seal, gasket packing including grinding work of lathe machine if any and re-assembling the same including the transporting the pump from side to workshop for repair and back, re-installed at existing position after repair and providing new MS nuts, bolts, packing flange etc including testing complete all as specified and directed of following capacity:-

(Note for item no 3.01 to 3.04:- (i) Proper inventory for repair and over hauling parts replaced during the repair in work shop shall be prepared and kept in record dully verified and signed by EIC. Disconnecting the electric connection of monoblock pump of following capacity and removing the same from foundationfor repair after opening /cutting the rusted nuts, bolts etc and dismantling complete pump and repairing the same with replacing the following unserviceable spare parts i.e CI Impeller, GM shaft sleeve, Mechanical seal, water seal, water liquid reflector, MS stud with nut, gasket packing including grinding work of lathe machine and re-assembling the same including the transporting the pump from side to workshop for repair and back, re-installed at existing position after repair and providing new MS nuts, bolts,packing flange etc including testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) Proper inventory for repair and over hauling parts replaced during the repair in work shop shall be prepared and kept in record dully verified and signed by EIC. (ii) Old unserviceable parts repaired & replaced shall be taken on charge under demolition/salvage register with page number in demolition statement.)

Dismantling complete submersible pump and repairing the same with replacing the following unserviceable spare parts i.e GM bush, rotor sleeve, water seal,cable seal, thrust bearing, sealing ring, upper & lower housing flange upper & lower with stud and nut, wire mesh, drain plug, SS distance sleeve, impeller key, inter ring GM neck ring, Guide bush, GM impeller/EPV Impeller, CI section chamber,SS coupling, CI stage bowl, T bolt with nut including grinding work of lathe machine and re-assembling the same testing, complete all as specified and directed of following capacity:- (Note:- (i) Proper inventory for repair and over hauling parts replaced during the repair in work shop shall be prepared and kept in record dully verified and signed by EIC. (ii) Old unserviceable parts repaired & replaced shall be taken on charge under demolition/salvage register with page number in demolition statement.

Supply and Fixing in replacement MS base channel of size as exists including fabrication from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finshing coat of syenthetic enamel paint paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying , laying , jointing, welding and testing MS Pipe (Heavy class 'C') IS : 1239/3589, of followiing sizes laid in trenches or in Horizontal/Vertical/inclined position or laying on floors for connections for suction, to header and connected to out going water main CI/DI/GI pipe line, for following size including taking out the old unserviceable pipes Note:- MS Flanges incl fabrication work will be measured and paid separately.
