Taking down carefully AC single phase 220/230volt ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep single phase for rewinding and replacement of unserviceable parts i.e Capacitor, PVC connector, MS galvanised check nut, ball bearing, rubber pads, PVC strip clamps including servicing such as removing dust & dirt brushing, rubbing with cotton waste, , washing with detergent powder to fan blades, greasing bearing with ball bearing grease & washer packing, checking of bolts/nuts, washer check nuts split pin, rubber packing and rubber seal etc including testing after assembling, hanging/fixing on hook and connecting to electric system complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. Rates of winding and replacement of any unserviceable parts mentioned above required to make the fan in serviceable condition except Note 2 below are included in the quoted rate. 2. Rates of bearing, capacitor, blades & painting shall be measured and paid seperately in the concered item of schedule.

Taking down and serviceing of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep at site and removing of old grease from bearing of ceiling fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of worn out nut bolt, rubber real, bush gun metal, ball bearing, capacitor split pin and re-assembling the fan including testing after assembling, hanging/fixing on fan hook and connecting to electric system complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:- Supply of bearing, capacitor, blades & painting shall be measured and paid seperately in the concerned item of schedule.

The 50mm dia watering pipe shall be drilled 03 Nos 5mm dia hole above PCC block nearest to ground level to enter rain water in the pit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : No joint in copper strip shall be accepted between earth electrode to test point. The single length copper strip shall be provided to earth plate to test point.

M & L in replacement for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze /brass size (75 x 75 x10) mm drilled and 3 nos brass screwed 8 mm dia ,10 mm long hex.head screw complete including GI fabricated test point box size 150mm x 100mm x 75mm height with front openable made out of not less than 0.6 mm thick PGI sheet including painting complete all as specified and as directed by engr- in charge.

M&L in replacement for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to Floor/wall / roof/Air termination and connecting Machinery to test point with 25x3 mm Copper strip including taking down existing copper strip complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of earthing pit with brick work and PCC 1:3:6 including RCC pit cover of size 300x300mmx50mm thick with provision of opening handle complete including necessary watering, ramming and compact of soil near the earth pit all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in replacement for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to Floor/wall / roof/Air termination and connecting Machinery to test point with 25x3 mm aluminium strip including taking down existing aluminium/GI strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .Note :- (i) Laying / fixing of strip from air termination to test point shall be in one run i.e. there shall be no joint in between air termination. In case joint is required, it shall be jointed with nut & bolt joint with breezing full contact of strip. ii) Strip shall be fixed on insulator at the interval not more than 900mm in such a manner at any place it shall not touch to wall/ roof / any metalic body. (Cost of insulator shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items of Sch of works as supply only).

M&L in replacement for connecting GI pipe line of 20mm medium grade galvanised with all fittings (i.e union/joint/tees etc) required for connection from tank to stand post as specified and directed by engineer in charge of approved make.

(c) The earth resistance value of all earthing pit should be recorded in resister duly signed by JE E/M. (d) pouring salt and charcoal for improving the earth resistance

Note:- The amount of Rs 1,31,640/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 116 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
