Perforated cable tray: Supplying and fixing 300x50mm size 2mm thick perforated cable tray with powder coated paint on existing MS angle support using necessary GI bolts / nuts. Anchor bolt and washer or welding a required.

20Amps SP&N Metal socket set of 2 pole: Supplying and fixing of 20Amps SP&N Metal socket set of 2 pole and earth plugs and socket for incorporating 32A DP MCB. The entire plug and socket shall be mounted in a thermoplastic / powder coated metal box & wired completely. Make: - Legrand / L&T / Havells / HPL / ABB

Pipe Earthing: Supplying, fixing and wiring earth electrode for grounding using 42mm dia 3.2mm thick 2.5mtr long GI pipe with GI funnel with mesh and suitable size reducer fixing on the top of the earth electrode. The earth electrode shall have staggered holes of 12mm dia and the electrode shall have staggered holes of 12mm dia and the electrode should be covered 150mm all round with alternate layers of salt and charcoal from the bottom of the CC chamber. The connection from the electrode is to be established through copper strips using bolt and nuts. The ground resistance should be below 5 ohms and earth to neutral voltage should always be less than 1 V AC. If needed the earthing test certificate should be produced by the authorised testing agencies., etc., complete as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Copper strips: Supplying and running of 25x 3mm copper strips for grounding connections using necessary fixing materials as required etc compete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
