| 7.00Notes for items no 2 to 6:- (i) Day to day routine/periodical maintenance with replacement of defective equipments/ parts except as specified in here-in-after shall deem to be included in above quoted rate. (ii) Regular Maintenance:- Regular cleaning, lubrication, adjustment and adequate servicing by authorized competent persons at such intervals as the type of equipments and frequency of service demand. (iii) Fortnightly Maintenance:- Each lift is required to be visited by designated maintenance team from OEMs or their accredited/ authorised agencies and carry out specified maintenance activities to ensure upkeep of lift in user's work condition and details of checking by rep of contractor and signature by Engg-in-charge for fortnightly maintenance schedule as mentioned in PS. (iv) Monthly Maintenance:-Each lift is required to be visited by designated maintenance team from OEMs/ their accredited/ authorised agencies and carry out specified maintenance activities to ensure upkeep of lift in user's work condition. A proper visit required to be maintenance duly signed by supervisory staff of OEM/Contractor and Engg-in_charge with their remarks in monthly maintenance record in respective lift and maintenance schedule as mentioned in PS.. (v) Quarterly maintenance:- Each lift is required to be provided maintenance every quarter by OEMs/ their accredited/ authorised agencies and signature by Rep of OEM /Contractor & Engg-in-charge for quarterly maintenance schedule as mentioned in PS. (vi) Annual maintenance Schedule:- Certain specified maintenance is required to be performed on each lift to ensure longevity and useful life working of lift details of maintenance required to be done and person responsible is provided in PS. | 8.00Cont...... (vii) The contractor shall be to submit the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU )on stamp paper duly notarized with following Original Equipments Manufacturer (OEM) as applicable lift wise to the effect that maintenance shall be carried out under their overall supervision and direction/ instructions within ten days after acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and work shall be executed at risk & cost of the contractor In case the lifts of old makes for which OEM/ authorised agency do not exist, theses lift shall be repair through other OEMs/ accredited agencies, registered MES contractors or other contractors listed in appropriate category of CPWD/ Railways/ Other Government Agencies as approved by GE (viii) The contractor shall be provide of skilled/high skilled / mechanic /special engineer/ OEM consaltancy charge required for any fault during currency of contract period and cost of same shall be deem to be included above quoted rate. (ix) The OEM or their accredited/ authorised agencies shall be one time training to the all lift operators after start of work. (x) The OEM or their accredited/ authorised agencies shall be conduct one safety audit during the currency of the contract for each lift and submit reports to the AGE. (xi) That for any break of terms and condition of the MOU by the contractor the OEM shall inform to the AGE. (xii)The material cost of control panel, VVV Driver, ARD , batteries, etc(as mentioned in item nos here-in-after) shall not included in above quoted rate. All others repairs/repalcement required to maintain serviceability and safety of lift shall be deemed to be included in above quoted rate. (xiii) Force majure:- Any breakdown in lift caused due to natural calamities, i.e flood, earthquake, fire in building other than fire in lifts etc.shall be outside scope of routine/periodical maintenance. (xiv) The decision of Accepting Officer on exclusion/inclusion in scope of routine/periodical maintenance shall be final and binding.
