Civil Work

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area beyond 3 sq. metres

FLOORING BREAKING(for Slit): Dismantling carefully the existing serviceable tiles/slabs/clay tiles/Marble slab/granite slab/Kota stone/tandoor stone/Shahabad stone and all types of flooring in flooring etc. including removing the 20mm thick bedding of cement mortar stone grit or brick bat coba etc. at all floors & levels including stacking of serviceable material out of hospital premises as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing brick work/blockwork and plaster manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside ACTREC campus as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction

Providing & Fixing of the Aluminium fully Fixed windows as per the specification below, made out from Anodised Aluminium extrusions with 20-25 microns Anodizing. Special Grade EPDM rubber beading, Silicone Sealant of approved make and also with complete fitting at site with proper embedding in the structural framework. Required as per drawings and instructions of the Architects/ Consultants & all complete fitting at site. The Aluminium Frame shall weigh be more than 1.55Kg/m. All gaps between civil/structural work and aluminium frames shall be sealed and made watertight by applying silicone sealant and with good quality hardware and accessories like GI screws, Virgin PVC ,gaskets, silicon sealant on the periphery, as per detailed drawing etc. complete. All the section and design of ceiling shall be approved by Engineer in charge before the procurement of material. Providing and fixing Spacer Frame of approved make as per the instruction of Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing in aluminium ceiling, ventilators and partition etc. with 6 mm thick clear toughened float glass both side, having 12 mm air gap, including providing EPDM gasket, perforated aluminium spacers, desiccants, sealant (Both primary and secondary sealant) etc. as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. :Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 50-100 mm thick AAC blocks at all levels in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work.

Supply and Fixing of Slim openable Aluminium door of 12mm thick Toughened Glass with designer etching including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle size 600mm Centre to Centre, lock and stopper etc. included in the item rate). as approved by Architect using sleek anodised aluminium section (anodising of approved colour) with complete glass of maximum dimension 3m or as per drawing. The Fixed glass to be fixed using approved Profiles of aluminium at Top & Bottom & at sides (the profile to shared for approval). The profile size to be 45x25MM to be fixed on to the floor/wall/ ceiling as per the architect design. The Profile shall be 20 micron matt natural anodized, the Profile Manufacturer to supply all the necessary clips, seals and fixing accessories for the system. All Profiles to be with 2 mm Gauge thickness including 20 Micron of Anodizing of approved colour. All complete as per the instructions of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and fixing PVC Designer false ceiling along with wooden pallete design mounted on heavy duty supporting grid as per manufacturers and approved specification including all necessary hardware fittings, fixtures, clips etc. fitted to allow for cutting, wastage and making openings for lighting fixtures, A/C grills etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and instruction of Engineer in charge.

Cement plaster skirting up to 30 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 18mm thick

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing of 2 sided double bolted Door handles, mortise lock and stoppers etc

Providing and laying Glazed vitrified floor/Dado tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to IS : 15622 , of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 800 x 1200 mm

Providing and fixing, in position concealed G.l. section for wall panelling using board of required thickness fixed on the 'W profile (0.55 mm thick) having a knurled web of 51.55 and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.55mm placed @610mm c/c mm with thickness of 0.55 mm and web in perimeter channel having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm with thickness of 0.55 mm and web of length 27 mm. Perimeter channel is fixed on the floor and the ceiling with the nylon sleeves @610 mm C/C with fully threaded self-tapping dry wall screws. Board is fixed to the W profile with 25 mm countersunk ribbed head screws @ 200 mm C/C., all complete as per the drawing & directions of engineer-in-charge, the joints of the boards are finished with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide jointing tape to provide seamless finish. Multipurpose cement board reinforced with suitable fibre cement screw.8 mm thick cement fibre board, Type- B, Category- III as per IS 14862:2000

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. 2 coats

Providing and fixing of Aluminium pipe of size 100mm x 50mm with a thickness of 2mm having pre wood finished with not less than 50 microns wood grain Anodizing should be erected as vertical pillar as shown in pillar. The pillar shall be fixed on the ceiling with L-bracket/Cleats and on the floor should imbedded by cutting tiles inserting the section below and finishing the surface as per the instruction of Engineer in charge.
